對房間很滿意，位於福師大旁邊，通過酒店對面的小門進入福師大，很方便，訂的大床房，升級成商務房，房間很大，很乾凈，滿意！

五一出行也沒有漲價，這一點就很棒了，服務旁邊高校的，環境衞生服務啥的都很不錯，地鐵旁邊，很方便，學校假期也沒有很多學生，算是很安靜的地方吧，就是如果要去三坊七巷啥的地鐵最少需要45分鐘 ，可能有點不方便，但福州五一假期地鐵免費，點贊

酒店在福師大的旁邊，送孩子去福師大報到上學住在這裏特別方便，酒店住的很舒服，房間乾淨，床鋪整潔，酒店工作人員服務人性化，打電話聯繫酒店請幫忙代收一下快遞，很爽快的答應並且每天都會幫忙收，到的當天因為快遞太多，找酒店借用了小推車，解決了**煩，感謝酒店的工作人員熱情服務，讓我們初到福州的外地人感受到了福州人民的友善和温暖，下次去還會住在藤山酒店，給酒店點贊👍

在福建師範大學旁邊，以前是大學的招待所不對外開放。還是漢語國際教育的培訓中心哦！
春節期間沒有很貴，最驚喜的是房間超大的！服務態度也很好，就是早餐比較簡單。不過離地鐵站很近！

入住當天前台態度極差。部分設施老舊，淋浴頭和牆壁固定處完全分離，一邊洗澡一邊擔心被砸到，電梯按不亮。窗簾不遮光。最爛的是早餐廳裏充當服務員的老頭老奶不停地喊餐具自助送回，既然已經市場化了，我們不是公款吃喝的學術蛀蟲，是攜程上來消費的客人，沒義務收拾盤子。

亞朵的價格 小賓館的品質 這個價格 環境真不咋的 空調還是個雜牌子 房卡衹有一張 有人出去 就斷電 電視就更不要説了 放都不能用 擺設吧 就和招待所一樣

離地鐵站很近，交通便利。窗外可以看到學生宿舍樓，總體環境超出預期，適合備考出行。空調製冷效果好，27度感覺冷颼颼的。
