設施什麼的都是新的，房間也整潔，都還好，但是體驗感還是比較差，主要有以下幾點：1、房間空調間斷性（大概每間隔十來分鐘）發出嗡嗡嗡的噪音難以入睡，直至凌晨一點多才得以入睡；2、客房電視都要充會員才能看，對不刷手機喜歡看電視的人來説及其難受的；3本人是通過網絡平台預訂的帶早餐套餐的，結果在早晨就餐時出示房卡後客服人員告知未查詢到相關可以就餐訊息，因本人手機未帶返回客房取手機後再次進入餐廳等待，客服還是告知未查詢到，在眾目睽睽之下本人感到十分尷尬，最後本人衹能出示手機訂購訊息，客服才予以確認，本人也因心情受影響並未就餐直接離開，前台予以退換差價；4、到前台溝通事件時，前台無專門的接待處理休息處，本人在前台站立溝通等待約20分鐘才解決問題。上述問題望酒店方予以重視！

房間很乾凈，室內明亮，空氣清新。服務很周到，還提供小童拖鞋，牙刷。小朋友臨時需要打印文件，前台幫忙打印了，真的很感謝。
