"The hotel environment is beautiful, and the lobby is very grand with a lovely design. The front desk isn't large, but the complimentary welcome tea and snacks next to it are abundant, especially the flower tea which is delicious – it all feels very cozy. The elevator requires a key card for security, which is a nice touch. A great bonus is the self-service laundry room, and the fact that they use laundry detergent from Pang Dong Lai is a big plus! The room decor is new, spacious, and the wet and dry areas are well-separated. I'd especially like to commend the showerhead – the water pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Breakfast was very rich, with plenty of bread, pastries, DIY noodles, and fruit. We had a tight schedule the next day and needed to eat before checking out, so the hotel thoughtfully granted us a complimentary late checkout until 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Another big thumbs up! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends."
