去之前打電話問幾點能入住，告訴我兩點，我兩點鐘到跟我説還要等半小時，一直等到三點才進房間，中間也沒人理我，就讓我坐着等，水也沒倒一杯給我，房間裏面顯示器還黑屏了，讓前台找人來修，入住體驗很差

環境衞生非常滿意，電腦配置硬件設施也很棒，吐槽一下前台接待及服務流程問題。首先交按金強制加微信這個事情就非常反感，先不講現在絕大部分酒店已經不需要按金了，就算交也是掃碼原路返還，還要強制加微信是不是有點過了？第二就是前台不認人，不管出去幾次回來就要問幾次，換了前台接着問，搞得人非常煩躁，有沒有什麼解決方案？一天出去三次回來要證明三次我們在這住店。給保潔大姐點贊，服務非常熱情。
