The tables were littered with other people's leftovers, and no one came to clear them. I complained to the front desk about the noise from the KTV downstairs and the street, but there wasn't a single apology. They offered to provide some earplugs. I complained to the breakfast restaurant that no one was clearing the tables, and the staff suggested we sit at the round tables at the back without another apology. It was like being ripped off. I've stayed at the Ramada Jinqiao branch in Wangcheng, Changsha, also a Ramada, but the difference is like night and day. Don't stay there! Learn from All Seasons and Atour. This kind of environment is more suitable for 150 yuan a night."
