2nd time stay for me and February stay was very good indeed . But this time , because of changing plans , i try to early check in just for a shower for my appointment. Receptionist offer me 1 day money to pay , which is absurd. Not good attitude also , which is not acceptable in service sector. 
Hotel is a bit old , and you have to wait at breakfast 
queue. 
Parking is big enough, although its a bit confusing because apartments and hotel same parking.

Excellent service they came in a minute. I came from UK.
Asked at reception if they could hold a Uber eats orde or warm up or food ”they said no hotel around us does it”.

They could've for extra hospitality.i stayed at another restaurant in Saudi, which warmed up our hot drinks for us in their own hotel, just to ensure satisfaction.

Perhaps doing small things. If your a tourist though it is an hour metro from Burj khalifa where there are restaurants with a good view (my fave moment eating at a place infront) alhamdullilah so do think about this.Also kite beach is a bit far.

Ain Dubai wasn't far and neither was yatchs.

It's close to jumeirah beach so it's about your personal preferences.

Great hotel for Business travelers. It is close to the airport and you cannot hear the flights taking off which is perfect. It is an older hotel but in good shape and very spacious room compared to other hotels in Dubai.
Downside - the meeting room services are a shambles. There is no coordination for services agreed. The internet is HORRIBLE .  2 years back we conducted job interviews for new candidates. The network connectivity was beyond workable . Fast forward 2 years later - it is still down the shitter hole .I could not run a single report . I had to hotspot my phone on roaming to get my work done. I told the front office - all they do is apologize. For a holiday great place ..not for business guest

I stayed here during a trade fair, so the price was considerably higher than usual. Although the hotel's facilities were somewhat dated, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. The surrounding area is pleasant, offering convenient access to transport, and it's just a 10-minute walk from the World Trade Center.

Everything was great but there were some amenities that weren’t working like the tv connection and the one of the lights. But otherwise everything was perfect.

The Millenium Executive Montrose has a fantastic staff, particularly at the front desk, professional, courteous and friendly. The apartment size (I stayed in a studio) was fine and it had all necessary appliances which is convenient especially for long stays.  The location was good, relatively central.  The only and key element I did not rate, was the level of cleanliness in the room. The daily room cleaning was ok, however, the bed linen, curtains, and upholstery had stains on them, not huge but enough to not be as pleasant. The freezer had ice in it and the bin in the bathroom dirty on the outside. Once I commented the daily cleaning improved and bin either replaced or cleaned up, however, some of the other items like curtains etc which are harder to do anything about clearly couldn’t be quickly resolved. Initially, the room was dusty, once commented it was better.

Opposite Museum of the future and near metro station. Very convenient. I think I booked a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room. Also, the shower water goes out from the bathtub and the floor would be wet all over. For its location, I would still stay again.

My stay at Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel Apartments was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The property offers a great balance of convenience, comfort, and hospitality, making it a solid choice for both short and extended stays in Dubai.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed — from a functional kitchenette to a cozy seating area. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining the space throughout my visit.

The location in Barsha Heights is ideal — close to the metro, major roads, and surrounded by plenty of dining options and supermarkets. It made getting around Dubai easy and stress-free.

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was check-in, room service, or concierge assistance, the service was consistently smooth and attentive.

The on-site facilities like the gym and pool were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The in-house dining options were also quite good, offering a variety of dishes with decent portion sizes and presentation.

Overall, Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel Apartments delivers great value for money, especially if you’re looking for a home-like feel with hotel-level service. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The price is always convenient and I find it very calm and the stuff is helpful from the cleaners to the room service to the reception to the securities it is very recommended

i like stay in here, but when my hayya card still rejected i ask hotel for give me change date, but hotel not help ..but it's okay..then hayya card approved  i still stay in here

The room was very clean and large. Feras, the front desk staff from Jordan was very friendly. The check-in procedure was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, there was light leakage between the curtain box and the curtain, with a gap of about 15 cm. I can't imagine that the curtains in a five-star hotel room would leak light. I checked in at 3:30 AM, and it was about 4 o'clock after I washed and went to bed. The light woke me up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I didn't sleep well, which affected my schedule for the day. This is my fourth and last time staying in this hotel

Nice hotel in a down town close location.
Unfortunately I first got assigned to a room with heavy cigarette smoke.
But the kind and caring personnel did the utmost best to relocate me to a new room.
The new room was nice. I booked a room with city view, but the new room just had a wall in front with doves nesting there.
I just stayed for 20 hrs and booked a transit tour so I refrained from asking for yet another room.

Very friendly stuff and great in room dining options, the Korean/japanese restaurant was great and authentic.

Highly recommended.

*Check in was fast with Kim, who explained well about the amenities and all.
*Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property.
*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.
* Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup.
* Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.

It was an absolutely beautiful stay. Everything was beautiful and especially the pool area. 

Only thing I was abit disappointed in was people were smoking in and near the pool which is abit bad for younger kids health..

Amazingly mixed feelings from staying. If you definitely want to live in Saadiat and you don't have the desire or opportunity to enjoy luxury hotels for 10,000 dollars a week, you will definitely like this hotel. It is the best compromise. But be prepared that you won't have a luxury 5 stars. Personally I stayed very pressured. But everything in order. Price-quality ratio, for this place 100%. Very nice and well equipped apartments. There are all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. In 2 minutes there is a Spar, with a rosy choice of first-needed products and items. A luxurious beach in 1 minute. But very few cheeslones. They are dismantled early in the morning. But the beach and the sand are so pleasant that it is quite possible to lie on it on a towel and enjoy. But without umbrellas. In general a solid four!!!
