Perfect place to stay when in vacation

Overall a lot to be desired - very small and dated rooms which we didn’t feel was worth the price. Had limited amenities but biggest issue was the small bathroom. Overall would recommend another hotel for similar price

Fairly priced just 20 mins away from the main central with a supermarket right outside the hotel

The mattresses are so comfortable! The location’s great (a supermarket is right across the street). The food is decent. The staff are very friendly. It’s totally worth the cost.

A great place to stay away from the craziness of central Milan. Close to the Metro, lots of local restaurants close by. I will return.

Great hotel

The room is quite classic and a distance from the exhibition center. It feels OK. I will come again next time to attend the exhibition. But the price is not cheap during the exhibition.

The room is quite big and not far from the subway station, just a five-minute walk. However, there is a morning market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, which starts at around 5 a.m., and you can't park on the roadside. It's noisy all day.

The hotel is clean but too cold. The receptionist is not enthusiastic and there are a lot of things to do. They drink in the restaurant, interrupt the conversation and urge the bill. They also complain about why they don't use cash. The experience is not good. There is a market in front of the hotel on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It is messy. I can't rest well in the morning. The room is still very cold, and the air conditioner has no heating function

The front desk service is very good. The breakfast is good and rich! There is also some every day!

The facilities are old and the hygiene is poor. There is a layer of dust in the wardrobe, see the photos. Although it is marked as a four-star hotel, it cannot catch up with the domestic three-star hotel. The overall cost performance is low and it is not recommended.

An old elevator from a hundred years ago, like the reappearance of the Harry Potter world, mysterious, the children find it very novel, I think the price is a bit high. The front desk is the boss and his wife, they speak authentic English, are very warm and polite, and leave work on time at 8 o'clock every night.
