Great location (Applebee's right next door!). It was very clean -- that's not something I can say for most hotels post pandemic. Breakfast was good and the hotel was easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back on Aquidneck Island.

Great for the price. Loved the outdoor space off the room and the seating area. Room was good and breakfast was actually good as well. We had two non working outlets that I forgot to report at checkout, but the people were nice and the room was very reasonably priced.

We had no problems but the cost of staying here was sticker shock! But probably all hotels in Newport are expensive since they are close to the naval station.

It’s a motel not a hotel, dirty, broken warm fridge, no bottled water, over priced, will not recommend.

The customer service was outstanding. Very clean, great breakfast. Wonderful value for the cost. They offer a shuttle to Newport as well. The pool area was great and the rooms were more modern than I expected from seeing the outside. I would definitely stay again.
