I made two reservations. Decided to look at the property after I made them. The front desk clerk showed me one of the rooms. It was a disgusting hotel. It smelled awful and the rugs were filthy. There was no way my family and I would stay there. I cancelled the reservations. Unaware to me only one got cancelled and I was charged for the night. I tried to reach out to them numerous times asking to speak to the manager. They never would return my calls. They marked me as a no show. I will never get my $182 dollars back. They really needed my money bad that’s for sure. Don’t stay at this hotel. Fair warning.

Be careful if you stay here. Our stay resulted in a bogus claim that we damaged towels and sheets and were charged $50 dollars. It’s an easy scam they pulled on us with no way to refute their claim.

Location was fine, not too far from main part of town. The hotel had all the basic amenities. The staff was great. I didn’t catch her name but the lady working the counter the night of 6/25/25 was very pleasant and helpful.
The room was clean and laid out well. The bathroom was a struggle. Definitely needs some updates and the door doesn’t open all the way because it hits the toilet. The sink and bathtub didn’t seem very clean. It was difficult with our two young kids. Overall though it was a decent stay for one night.

Lower end of the Red Roof properties. No toilet paper, spare roll under the sink was soaking wet due to an apparent leak under the sink. 5 am fire alarm, motel evacuated. Staff ranged from indifferent to rude.On the plus side was a perfect location for our planned activities.
