"We recently spent 2 nights in Maassluis while on a bike trip around Holland. I was looking for a place to spend a day off the bikes, relaxing, and I was looking for something modern in that part of Holland. We knew nothing about Maassluis but it sounded interesting to be right on the seaway into Rotterdam. And the hotel website photos looked very appealing. We were not disappointed! The hotel is in a renovated historic building; it's been open almost one year, so the property feels and looks brand new. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome, even allowing us to being our bikes into a conference room for safekeeping. We had a huge room on the second floor with a glorious view over the harbor and the seaway. We could sit in the room and see huge ships passing by, all the time. The rooms are decorated in a maritime style, blues and grays, and totally modern. Huge windows with lots of light, air conditioning that worked perfectly, very spacious with sufficient storage space, and a totally modern bath area with huge open shower. (The shower is so large that even without a door, no water runs into the rest of the space.) We even had a large outdoor patio space overlooking the harbor. A nice buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant area. The hotel location on the seaway is worth it, although it does take about 10-15 min to walk to the heart of town. It's a nice walk and a quiet one (once you cross the main road/train), so not a problem. And it's a lovely town - without hordes of tourists! We loved staying there and although we don't have much reason to go back to Maassluis, we might do so just to enjoy the hotel again."
"Nice hotel! The Mac is a flat walking distance and a pump station where you can snack for a while. And in winter the room was deliciously warm!! Feel like in summer. Delicious !!"

"Stayed here with 3 single beds in a room; but it was actually 2 beds & a sofa bed. This may be a Trip issue as there was no documenting this was the case. I also had to pay extra for the hotel when I arrived due to tax.
Finally, the aforementioned “sofa bed” wasn’t acknowledged by the cleaning staff as they made the 2 real beds in the day but not mine.
The staff were nice though but to be honest I don’t think I’d come back here again unless the rate was ridiculously cheap."
"Unfortunately, I have not been able to enjoy my booking because the entry and exit date was wrongly booked by Trip Com. My intention is Saturday - Sunday, 22 October - 23 October. Not Friday - Saturday, 21 October - 22 October."
"The room is large and clean, that is, the road to the hotel is relatively round, the hotel is relatively independent, the night is very quiet, and the upper and lower speeds are convenient."
"Ibis Styles Delft is a no-nonsense basic business hotel located in the main plaza next to the railway station. It's clean and comfortable and well managed and has a funky space related reception area and lobby.
It's a little thin on extra services that you might normally find in a business hotel however.. for example cannot borrow an umbrella, have to buy one for €15. No bottled water in the room, have to drink from the toilet tap or buy water from the hotel. The lower floors (odd numbered rooms) are dark and a bit gloomy as they face into an enclosed area surrounded by the rest of the hotel, however if you're only sleeping then it's got everything you need. My room was a weird shape and not ideal for business. There was a low sofa and table not the usual desk making laptop work a bit of an effort. The room furniture wasn't very well thought through.
Location is great on the canals and just 2mins from the train station. There's a nice coffee shop on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. There's a small convenience store in the station.
Expensive compared globally, but in line with other local hotels around Delft. Would recommend for business travellers in Delft."
"The room is generally clean. It is right next to the train station, so it is convenient to travel. Self-service check-in. There used to be a coffee machine in the room. The room I booked should have one, but there was none in the room."
"The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the city hall. We don't have large luggage and have a backpack, so it is interesting to walk upstairs and take the stairs. We live in the annex, Loft Studio room, with a simple refrigerator, pool, electric stove and refrigerator, very convenient. Very clean and fun. Check in and check out, the time can not be too early or too late, check your itinerary before booking."
