Hotel AKA Brickell Reviews

We stayed here for a week. Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins. The room was clean and nice. However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good. We didn't have our evening meals or lunches there as there are plenty options around. The pool was nice.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and arrived very late. The room was quite large and the front desk staff was very responsible. We booked a room with breakfast included, but the restaurant did not receive our room number registration and treated it as not including breakfast. After communication between Ctrip, the front desk and the restaurant, this problem was solved. The restaurant environment is very clean and of a certain grade.

Well located hotel, well maintained structure, shame that around us they were doing some work and therefore even though we were on the 17th floor in the morning it was impossible to rest.

The facilities are good and the cleanliness is also satisfactory. Breakfast is extremely poor, with a very limited buffet.

Very nice hotel in the business center of Miami. Very close to the bay. Free light rail. Light rail to the airport (orange line) is very convenient and cheap. Many restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Outdoor pool. Excellent restaurant.

The hotel is located in a great area. There is a monorail nearby, very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful. The breakfast is delicious.

The service is great. They helped me contact a taxi and found my phone. The view of the breakfast is great. You can see the sea from a high place. It's a ten-minute walk to the big shopping mall.

This hotel is close to downtown Miami and is good value for money. It's convenient to get from the airport. There is a monorail station next to the hotel.

The hotel is really average, not a well-known hotel, and the experience is very poor, except that the location is within walking distance of the city center, many of which are stepping on thunder 1. It is an apartment hotel without a formal entrance 2. There is no wifi in the hotel. Ask the front desk and the front desk will tell you to try it all the time. The attitude is poor, and the traffic is used for three days. 3. This is the bay view room. It's really bad. You can't see the hair. It's not as good as the city view. It's more expensive than many hotels

Booked this hotel for the second time, the price is super high, the location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, the service is very good, the booking is satisfied
