The location and value is worth the money when you travel with your family. Loved it.

The hotel looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Also, front desk can speak English. The facilities are provided just like what the ad said; laundry, working area, gym. I like how the hotel always looks so clean. However, one thing that I don’t like but don’t really mind is the elevator that is slow. I asked for upper level room and I got what I asked for! Uliv Cibeles located near many places, let’s say it’s just 10-15 mins by car to some travel attractions. Overall, this meets my expectations ＜3

Their direct booking system is a mess. No user friendly

I really enjoyed my stay. It was essentially a serviced-apartment with a fun hostel vibe in a great clean, safe and quiet area of Mexico City. I highly recommend it and I would stay again.

Very new and clean, good neighborhood

It's good to be able to boil water and cook, there is also a coffee machine and 3 capsules of coffee. The room is quite large and the location is great. There are many popular shops and streets nearby. I feel that the bedding and towels are not so clean, which needs to be improved One of the elevators seemed to be out of order the night I stayed.

The room is very clean, the layout is good, the bed is big and comfortable, there are many restaurants and specialty shops around, and the experience is very good.

It looked dirty, the pillow was stained like blood 🤮
