I recently stayed and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The comfort level was outstanding – the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.  The service was equally impressive. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request and going the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. I also felt very safe during my stay, with security measures in place that made me feel at ease at all times. The hotel’s location was convenient, and I appreciated how secure the environment felt. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and hassle-free stay with excellent service. It truly exceeded my expectations!

Perfect location

All the staff were kind, cheerful and very comfortable. The room was also spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed on the Day of the Dead, so we were given chocolate.

The gym doesn't open until 7am, the breakfast is terrible, I feel like throwing up after taking one bite

There are many restaurants and shops nearby, so it's a great location for tourists. No amenities such as toothbrushes are provided.

It's so exquisite and hygienic, and the service attitude is very good. I have recommended it to my friends.
