It’s fairly cheap and a good location and the security team are friendly, but I can only give this 1 for cleanliness and amenities because the washing facilities were absolutely filthy and not maintained. The room is ok but let down by bad equipment….air conditioning doesn’t cool ( or turn off), pots and pans are rubbish scratched Teflon ( not safe), the iron will stain your clothes and ironing board, stained. Towels seem old, wilting and not clean, no kettle, noisy fridge, batch room sink doesn’t drain , minimal soundproofing between rooms etc etc flexibility on check out time.

Great stay, the hotel is very well located in Polanco area close to the offices I needed to visit in Insurgentes sur and in Santa Fe. Additionally the hotel is also conveniently located for visiting some of the most important museums in Mexico City just walking distance as well as many delicious restaurants. What I enjoyed the most besides the cleanliness and practicality of the hotel was the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a technical problem with a rental car and they not only helped me get some information but they guided me and supported me to resolve it. Amazing stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near Centro Citibanamex, about a 10-minute walk if traffic isn't heavy. The surroundings are elegant and comfortable, with many restaurants just downstairs and a luxury shopping street just across the street. The room was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, and a wide variety of kitchenware and tableware. The staff were friendly, but the only complaint was that room cleaning cost an additional 400 pesos.

It is quiet in a bustling area, with the luxury goods street just across the street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating, and there are many coffee shops downstairs.

The community is clean, the rooms are tidy, there are two bathrooms, there are various tablewares for making simple meals, the coffee is very good, there are dessert shops and restaurants nearby, the stay experience is very good 👍The staff are friendly and approachable

Environment: There are many restaurants around, ranging from breakfast to dinner, and there are also convenience stores like 711, which is very convenient to walk to. There are police cars patrolling the area at night, which is relatively safe. Health: relatively clean Facilities: The air conditioner on the first day of check-in did not work, it did not cool, and the room was full and could not be replaced. Fortunately, the temperature is not too high at night and it is okay. The water in the bathroom is a bit small, and every time I go back, there is a smell from the sewer.
