After some research on where to stay near Sorrento, my daughter came across this wonderful place. Lux Aurea in Meta, is situated in a beautiful old building which is accessed through a secure private gate. It's a short walk from the bus and train station and is a lovely quiet place being perfect to return to after a full day of sightseeing. Martina greeted us very warmly and showed us our lovely, bright room. Everything was perfect from a super, comfortable clean bed, ensuite and beverage area which is situated in the hallway. There is also a lovely balcony to relax on after a long day out. Martina went above and beyond making our stay a really memorable one. Should we be needing accommodation in the area again, we would, without hesitation, book there again certainly recommend to others. Thankyou again Martina. K & C xx

Lux Aurea is perfect in everything. An old and beautiful house with large rooms, clean and comfortable sheets, impeccable breakfast. Excellent location, close to the train station and bus stops, that makes all the difference. We will not forget about Martina. We welcome your support all the time. She helped us to get taxi, bus, good restaurants etc. His education and availability were fundamental to the success of this experience. Thank you Martina. See you soon Meta di Sorrento !
