"The service in this hotel was so outstanding that it made the whole trip. The rooms are very spacious and they have a cool vibe. The balcony with the pool/jacuzzi (not hot but nice) is such a beautiful place to enjoy down time and a stunning view. The breakfast delivered each morning was good. The wellness center was not as expected. It was only a sauna and a hot tub that was not nearly hot enough. I didn’t use the spa services but my friends had massages that they really enjoyed. The only thing I could point out is that the bathroom design could be better. There needed more hooks for towels in the bathroom and by the pool. They needed more counter space by the sink. There is no privacy for the shower. It is also about 15 minutes to Sorrento Center. While we liked that it was more quiet away from the crowds, we needed to take a taxi to get into the center and they are not cheap. There is an excellent restaurant a block away called Tavernetta Cinquantotto and a nice pizza/pasta place called Tico Tico down the stairs by the water. This gave us some good options to avoid going into the town center. The true superstars were the staff that helped us with taxis, tours, spa appointments, etc. Martina, Luigi, Roberta and Claudia were unbelievably helpful and always took care of every request (via What's App) with friendly and efficient responses. I would love to try some of the sister properties when I go back to Italy because they really set the bar."

"Excelent location , in the middle of lemons , oranges , olive trees , with birds singing everyday from morning till dark , very quiet , in the smell of yasmines , lemons witch I felted from the moment we arrived in Meta .Excellent owners Angela and Chris next to you in every moment on your stay , to help you with everything you need , information, tours you may do on Amalfi Coast, restaurants , gelateries , they make a professional turism also we had the breakfast in ours rooms , with fresh eggs from.their chickens , seeds, fresh lemons and oranges, nuts, coffee and tea.A place to remember for all my life , with oranges and lemons under the trees or on the Meta streets , you may have one in your head from.the trees when you walk to Meta.The beach on Meta is also quiet , the Tirenian sea very calm with the black sand_ ash from Vesuviu Vulcano"

"Very very nice staff, incredibly helpful with everything from parking to breakfast etc! What could have been better is the AC which was very weak so it was always hot and humid in the room, and the beds (3 separate 80 cm wide) felt small and like folding tent beds. Only one narrow pillow per bed. During the late evening, cruise ships shot off loud fireworks that sounded like bombs, very disturbing because it lasted for about 30 minutes. The TV in the room was old so you couldn't connect your mobile to watch Netflix/YouTube etc. Sad because everything on the TV channels is dubbed into Italian :/ The area was super beautiful with a very beautiful view from the room! Wonderful beach below the hotel. 15 min by car to Sorrento."

"There was a sewer smell in the living room, but we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The toilet flushed very weakly, slowly, and loudly. Otherwise, it was fine: close to Meta beach, the train station and bus stop were a 7-minute walk away, and getting to Sorrento and Positano was easy."
