"The hotel staff was very friendly and the pool outside the room was amazing after a long hot day in sorrento. The room were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. It’s a little far from the town of sorrento but I liked how quiet it was. The pools are only separated by a curtain so at times your neighbors can be too close for comfort but overall everyone was respectful."

"The B&B is great, very clean and elegant. The owner's farm is next to the B&B and provides a rich breakfast of fresh fruits every day. The owner is very kind and helpful and helped us arrange 2 tours. They were great, especially the small boat tour for 12 people. Capri is really great and nostalgic. This is a great B&B. I will stay there again next time"

"The view from the sea view room is amazing! Extremely beautiful when sunny or partly cloudy! The front desk service and room service are very attentive and enthusiastic! We provide pick-up service at META station! I only found out about this when I checked in. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of moving my suitcases. The dining is first class, very Italian! The housing facilities are relatively simple. But the above advantages are already very satisfactory."

"Stay Away – Unacceptable Conditions and False Promises This hotel was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception – and this continued throughout the entire stay. The hotel feels almost unstaffed, and at night, check-out is simply impossible because there is literally no one on-site. Our room also had a severe ant infestation – they were in the bed, on the floor, and even on our personal belongings. Hygiene? Nowhere to be found. The location details are misleading: the beach is much farther away than advertised on booking platforms. If you expect “beachfront” convenience, you’ll be disappointed. Neither the hotel nor the tour operator responded constructively to complaints – no solution, no refund, no apology. Bottom line: Dirty, poorly organized, unreliable, and full of false promises. Absolutely unsuitable for a relaxing vacation."
