The cleanliness of the apartment at the reception OK but could be improved. Be careful, they also ask for cleaning fees. The apartments are generally good, the problem is the area where they are located, there is not much security and there is unease on the street. (Widespread problem at Messe) If this doesn't bother you, this is a good place due to its affordable price and the good connection it has with Venice by bus.

It's not bad though One of the hotel receptionists provided a level of service that was suspected of being racist, so I wanted to tell them not to go there. For the first day of our two nights, we were given a room that looked like a converted warehouse space on the first floor of the apartment complex. Regarding this, I asked to change the room, and they said there were no rooms available and I would check for them, so they took some time and changed the room the next morning. I went to a different receptionist before the morning cleaning time and they changed it, so I guess there was an empty room. In other words, there was an empty room, but it was assigned to a strange room.
