Overall great stay. Room could be bigger in my opinion to be classified as a 4 star hotel. Oral hygiene amenities are lacking.

The man who worked at the night of 24/08/25 was very unfriendly and he does not know how to talk to customers,They don’t take in consideration the mails you will send them concerning your time of arrival.if the check in is at 3pm and you write a mail to say that you will arrive at the hotel at 7am and through your mail you wish to know if it will be possible for you to get access to your room even if you arrive earlier.Trust me you will not have an answer and when you will arrive you will pay for an additional night that took me more than 100€ just for one additional because I arrived earlier.The cleaning service will enter your room 1 second after knocking at your door they will not wait you to open the door even if you are naked they will enter that is very annoying.The air conditioners are very weak.The cleaning service does not clean the mirror even if it is dirty

It’s in a good location, can take the bus 2 which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel to get to Venice island in 15 minutes. The breakfast is decent, I don’t eat certain meats but there were a variety of pastries, bread, spreads to have with bread, fruit and veg, eggs. The hotel room was fairly clean, definitely worth it for the very affordable price. Only complaint is I wish they had kettles in the room to have tea or coffee with as it’s only provided during breakfast.

Everything the hotel offers is top notch, we had an easy check-in as the person spoke good English, the room was very clean and enough space for two people and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have had AT A hotel, a huge assortment of food and drinks, and considering the price restaurants outside the hotel are charging makes it even more amazing. There are only 2 issues one an easy fix, and that is to have a kettle and two cups for coffee, as there is a fridge in the room. Strange, I know, but with that breakfast, which has a great coffee machine, it makes up for it. 2nd one was just a bit of bad luck for us, we had noisey neighbour's and walls would have been ok if they were just talking, but these two were full on till 3am. I guess that can happen anywhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE IF YOU CAN GET IT FOR UNDER 100 EURO

They told us the wrong time for breakfast

The quality of the room was very good. The bathroom and bedroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location of it was quite good when it comes to using different types of transport. I would definitely say that the 4 star hotel was definitely worth the money and that it should be a 5 star. Additionally, the breakfast was very good as it had a wide variety of different foods for people with different dietary preferences and requirements.

Good breakfast. Clean room. Good service with a great supply of amenities. There was also luggage storage, which made our trip more convenient at the end.

This is absolutely gorgeous hotel that i really want stay next time, this time I came here for celebrate my birthday with my mum, i feel really warm and welcoming because your hotel have a great staff as Adom,(hopefully I have type her correct name ) she gave me fantastic advice for my trip in Venice and also prepared nice surprise to me when I back to hotel at night time! How lucky hotel have this amazing staff! I will definitely recommend my friends to visit your hotel!!
