The best hotel in Mestia, bar none. Very convenient if you drive. The hotel has complete facilities and upgraded us to a suite. Standing on the balcony, you can see the scenery of Mestia, which is very good overall! We dined in the hotel for two nights, the price was very reasonable, and the key point was that there was no service charge. I don't know if it was a discount in the off-season, but it is highly recommended! If I have the opportunity to go to Mestia again, I will choose to stay here.

Very interesting hotel, kind of like a ski hotel but not really. Although it is a new hotel, the decoration is very retro and the rooms are very large. The only problem is that the soundproofing is average, and neighbors can hear the TV when watching here. The hotel restaurant tastes good, but the price is not cheap.

The nicest modern hotel in town. The room is very big, I like it very much. We had to catch an early train on the day we left and didn't have time for breakfast, so they prepared a breakfast box for us. Breakfast was good, with sashimi. Maybe there are more tourists from Japan and South Korea staying here. The location is a little far from the town center, about 15-20 minutes. The surroundings are rather deserted, with some houses under construction and the environment is a bit dirty and messy.

Probably the best hotel in Mestia. Although the hotel is not in the center of Mestia, it is large, new, clean, and has good facilities. The suite is very large and well decorated. The blue and white colors are more refined than those of ordinary hotels. Complete toiletries and bathrobes. The suite has a large balcony, facing the hillside across the river, with a group of watchtowers, surrounded by snow-capped mountains on the left and right. On the second morning of my stay, there happened to be a full moon hanging on the top of the mountain opposite, and the scenery was beautiful.

The most commendable thing here is the breakfast. You can see the ancient watchtowers in the east and west. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the town of Messidia and about half an hour from the hiking point.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel during a multi-week trip to Georgia. This was by far our worst stay of the trip. Arrival and check-in was fine, but everything went down hill after that. The room was clean and appeared quite new. The day we arrived it was ＞90 F, and the room was very warm. The website for the hotel clearly states that air conditioning is offered, but to our dismay this is not the case. I spoke with the manager as the room was so warm and asked for a room with ac or a fan for the current room. The response I received was very rude and I was told that there was nothing g they could do and there were no fans for rooms. This was shocking especially since it advertised having ac. The next issue was the bed. This was the hardest thing I have ever seen called a bed. It was literally a box spring with a thin mat on top. To call it firm is an understatement. I ended up sleeping with a pill under my lumbar spine as it was so uncomfortable. The bathroom thankfully was nice and clean. Breakfast was not good and the worst during our trip. We had initially planned to stay a 2nd night but changed to a different hotel that was much more comfortable. I would not stay here until significant improvements to service and facilities have been made.

Lovely staff who were helpful and professional. Fabulous rooms, clean and spacious with everything you need. I tjink the swimming pool should be included in room rate. Handled large groups very well. We were a party if three and not inconvenienced.

I was surprised to find a hotel with such comforts in a small town. The rooms were very good and comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant offered delicious food. What more does one want? Service does not match the standard of this Hotel and I could say the same of most places in Georgia. Location wise its just 10 minutes walk to town center. Recommended
