Bathroom smelly due no exhaust fan..request morning call but didn't do🙏🏼

Okay... just retouch the bathroom to make it more modern... the food also needs to be more varied... overall it's really okay

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are also very friendly and responsive when we ask for help 🤗. Even though it is only a 2-star hotel, this hotel is very worth it, the price is also not expensive, but all the facilities are like the stars above 😁😁 I am satisfied staying here 🙏😊

I enjoyed my time in Catur Hotel a Lot. The staff was so friendly and helpfull. They explained me a Lot about the food and I really liked the Menu and especially the bufet of the breakfast. Thank you for my stay 🙏 In my room i Had everything that i needed. It was also good that it only Takes you 10 minutes to Go to the Center of Magelang. Thank you for my stay!! Termia Kasih.🙏 Ich habe meine Zeit im Catur Hotel sehr genossen. Die Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben mir auch viel über das Essen erklärt. Ich mochte das Essen und v.a. das Frühstücksbuffet dort sehr! In meinem Zimmer war alles was ich brauchte. Ins Stadtzentrum waren es nur 10 Minuten. Danke für meinen tollen Aufenthalt. The room is spacious, clean, quiet and furnished with every comfort. The property it's also very well-kept and cleaned daily. The food is delicious and abundant. But the highlight for me is the staff. Everyone from the house-keeping, restaurant to the reception staff is simply excellent, they are very attentive and helpful to meet every need in a timely and professional manner, the kindness and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. Oustanding customer service! I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who passes by Magelang city!
