Residence Inn Merida Reviews

Overall is impressive. Friendly and helpful staffs. I love the ice machine so much, especially, when you are in a super hot day. There are a lot of parking spaces. There is a construction during our stay but that was not a problem at all.

I stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive.The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.

It's a fairly new hotel near the Mayan Museum, with a rooftop pool. The breakfast is a strong point, although the gym is very basic. It also has a very practical laundry room.

Everything was excellent. We only had one problem: they didn't have service with the room access cards and they had to go up to open the room or the pool for us.

Most of the people in the hotel are tourists. The front desk service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and there is no odor. The facilities of the suite are also relatively complete, which is a good choice for tourists to stay.

The hardware facilities are very good. The apartment has a kitchen and a laundry room. You can wash clothes and dry them directly for a fee. It is very convenient. There is a modern museum nearby about Mayan culture. You can walk there.
