Wir haben das Restaurant am 7.5.25 mit 5 Personen zum Abendessen besucht. Schon das Restaurant ist sehr sehenswert. Wir wurden von einem Kellner sehr, freundlich, aufmerksam, geduldig +kompetent beraten+betreut. Das Essen war sehr fein, auch schön präsentiert, die Weinempfehlung prima uns selbst das Desert schön präsentiert. Die Haus ist sehr sehenswert und der Gastraum sehr schön. Sehr gerne wieder ‼️

Albergo bellissimo in pieno centro a Merano. Ricavato da un'antica stazione di posta, gode di una ristrutturazione interna magnifica che mette in evidenza sia la storia che la modernità, praticamente sembra di essere fuori dal tempo. Stanze ampie e comode e sala della colazione molto bella. Ottimo il livello sia della colazione che del Ristorante, situato nella Gotische Saal . Buonissima anche la Pizza. Rapporto qualità-prezzo giusto, e servizio cordiale.

Fantastica location che ti trasporta nel 1700 ma con servizi odierni , pulizia eccellente , cucina ottima e tanta cortesia del personale . Camere calde e comode . Colazione molto buona con richieste fuori menù esaudite . Da tornare sicuramente

Ordiniamo quello che nel menù è stato tradotto con "cotoletta"e chiaramente ci fidiamo della traduzione Arriva una braciola cotta come una scaloppine. Una zelante ma ignorante cameriera insiste nel sostenere la correttezza della traduzione. Peccato che in tedesco kalbskotolet su qualsiasi traduttore è appunto braciola di vitello che non identifica certo il fatto che sia una cotoletta. Cestino del pane non pervenuto

Struttura risalente almeno alx1700. Camera enorme, con bel soppalco, ristrutturata conservando elementi storici che donano un'atmosfera suggestiva. Bello il bagno e inaspettato il terrazzo. Tutto curato nei dettagli. Buona la colazione, gentilissimi tutti.

Ristorante molto caratteristico in una location antica, fredda e poco pulita. Servizio al tavolo pessimo: camerieri improvvisati, senza una seria preparazione su come si deve servire al tavolo. Piatti preparati con materie prime di scarsa qualità, presentati in qualche modo. Unico piatto degno di una nota positiva: ravioloni al burro e tartufo. Conto nella media.

Ho prenotato questo ristorante per quattro persone, spinto dalla bellissima location nel centro storico di Merano e soprattutto a pochi passi dal nostro appartamento. Dopo aver ordinato le prime 4 portate (antipasti), attendiamo ben 15 minuti per aver un cestino di pane, chiesto gentilmente a tre distinti camerieri. Dopo la seconda portata (primi), capito l’andazzo del servizio al tavolo, chiediamo la carta dei dessert, ma anche in questo occasione l’attesa è addirittura superiore a mezz’ora. Nessuno dei tre camerieri si è degnato di avvisarsi per prendere la comanda. La cosa tragicomica è stata scoprire che il cestino del pane e la carta dessert si trovano dietro il nostro tavolo. Alla fine abbiamo desistito da prendere il dolce e il caffè. Morale della storia…siamo usciti ultimi Voto locale: 10 Voto servizio: 4 Voto cibo: 8 Voto prezzo: 7

Nous avons dîné dans le couloir qui mène de la rue au restaurant car nous n'avions pas de réservation mais nous étions parfaitement confortable à cet endroit et le service n'en a pas souffert (on nous a même dit quelques mots en français). La nourriture était excellente (pasta aux champignons pour moi et poisson du jour pour mon conjoint + un excellent tiramisu) et nous y retournerons avec plaisir car nous avons bien l'intention de retourner à Merano, une ville merveilleuse à tous points de vue!
