有種世外桃源的感覺，離植物園超級近，當日有效的門票可以多次來回，所以真心超級推薦，為了酒店也還想再來！

這次帶小孩來西雙版納，特意來體驗中國唯二的安納塔拉酒店，果然名不虛傳。酒店位置很好，臨河，環境雅緻，配套設施完善，入住體驗非常好！

非常一般的一次入住體驗，沒有室內游泳池，天氣稍微涼一點，孩子就沒法游泳體驗，酒店自帶的小童遊樂園很小，特別小，和酒店檔次完全不匹配。服務也不如其它超星級酒店，感受完全不一樣。新年氛圍感涼涼。後面的幾天入住了其它同檔次酒店，感受特別好，暖心，特別熱鬧。孩子也非常的歡快。

很糟糕的體驗，與管家溝通希望延遲退房，這是我住了那麼多酒店以來第一家斬釘截鐵一口回絕的，且毫無任何迴轉餘地。在我兩天在酒店花銷1.5W的前提下，得到這樣的拒絕令我震驚；更震驚的是，我提出希望與店經理溝通，直接遭到拒絕。我表示如果此時是休息時間可以第二天溝通，但仍舊沒有任何人聯繫我。酒店管理團隊對住店客人要求的冷漠和傲慢真的讓我很震驚，避雷。

房間有超大的露台，與自然連接，鬆弛感十足。早餐味道好，親子活動也非常人性化，有一個恆温泳池供孩子玩，去植物園非常方便，來版納度假的絕佳選擇。
