This hotel is very cost-effective. If you choose a mid-range hotel in the city, you can consider it. The front desk is very friendly and can speak English. They said that we could only check in at 3 o'clock, but they helped us check in at 1 o'clock. The parking lot, swimming pool and gym are all very complete.

El hotel es hermoso. Está muy bien ubicado, en la zona del centro de Mendoza ciudad, desde ahí se puede ir caminando hasta la peatonal o moverse a los distintos sitios turísticos sin dificultades ya que está cerca del acceso. Destaco la atención de todo su personal!! respondiendo inmediatamente a todo lo que le pedimos con mucha amabilidad. Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Un lugar tranquilo para descansar y pasarla muy bien. Gracias a todos

Las instalaciones en general muy buenas. Modernas y apropiadas. Les faltaría una pileta techada o climatizada. La ubicación está perfecta, dado que está ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza principal y el centro. Desde allí puedes moverte a los diversos puntos de la provincia. La atención de todo el personal cálida, amable y atenta. Al recepcionarnos, la persona que nos hizo el check in nos dio un mapa de la ciudad y nos mostró los puntos más "relevantes", presentándose así las opciones de recorridos que teníamos. En lo que respecta a la habitación, nosotros nos hospedamos en la básica y fue cumplidora. Tenía dos camas Queen, una cómoda, tele, calefacción individual, mini frigobar, y microondas. Como puntos a mejorar en el baño podrían poner un vidrio más amplio para cerrar la ducha dado qu3 salpica y por ende moja gran parte del baño; y en lo que respecta a las camas podrían poner almohadas más suaves y ergonómicas. El desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Es un hotel bastante recomendable. Por lo que si pueden elegirlo háganlo.

Infelizmente tive uma experiência horrível: pela primeira vez na minha vida, me roubaram 4 anéis da minha caixinha de jóias que estava dentro minha mala, logo no primeiro dia de hospedagem!! Após relatar à recepção, disseram que não havia nada registrado nas câmeras de segurança. Lamentável!!! Além disso, o café da manhã é bem fraco, comida fria, café preto muito ruim, demoram para repor os alimentos que faltam (afinal existe apenas uma pessoa trabalhando no salão do restaurante). Não voltaria e não recomendo a ninguém!

O hotel oferece quartos amplos, limpos e confortáveis, além de um atendimento cordial por parte dos funcionários. No entanto, alguns detalhes comprometem a experiência. O banheiro não possui tranca na porta, o box é pequeno e aberto, causando constantes inundações. Também faltam espaços adequados para acomodar as malas. A localização exige uma caminhada de 25-30 minutos até as principais ruas de restaurantes e bares ou o uso de Uber. O ar-condicionado, por tubulação, demora um pouco a resfriar o ambiente, mas nada que atrapalhe muito. O café da manhã, pelo valor da diária, poderia ser mais variado, embora não seja ruim. Além disso, o restaurante não abre para almoço nem janta, o que não é bom.
