"We had a wonderful time in the Posada. It is simple but made with much love. The owner helped us organize fantastic tours to a wine yard / bodega, a horse riding excursion to the mountains and a rafting trip. We also got great recommendations for dining places, many in walking distance. This place is for people that want a more personal, less touristy experience in Mendoza. For Breakfast you get vouchers to go to nearby cafes, it is only served there for early morning tours."

"I have no idea how this hostel can get such a high marks here. Apart from its great location, there is nothing good. The whole property is poorly-maintained, everything is so dirty, especially the tableware in kitchen are so disgusting, you can even find the food remains in the bowl, and there's no one care. The shower is not only dirty, water pressure is so weak that has difficulties in taking a shower. My room has no lock and everybody can come in, zero security. Apart from the guy in overnight shift, every staff is so rude and cares nothing and they play music loudly till 1am, but there's no sound-proof, I join a tour in the morning 7am but I can't sleep. It is ridiculous that when I want to cook, there's no lighter for me to turn on the furnace, I told the lady about this situation. She seemed try to find the match for me, while I waited for more than 10 minutes and there's no response, turned out she sat down and playing cellphone or whatever her own stuff. I have to ask again and she seems don't know what to do and cares nothing. Turn out, there's another guy helped us to buy a lighter. Come on, I don't need an excellent 5-star service, but even if you can't find a lighter, can you at least tell me? Even the basic service cannot be provided!"

"The hotel is fresh, clean, comfortable. Located next to the bus terminal, which is very convenient for travelers. Breakfast is normal. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. I missed a kettle in the room, but this is probably not common in Argentine hotels."

They have a restaurant, but we always eat out, the tour they offer the wines that is with the Mancagua group quite good tours, the recommendations from where to eat, were quite right, and their help to place us and reverence us too. The room is very large, although the bed is not so comfortable, the old bed and the couch is hard, but the rest is good, everything always clean, the spaces always heated, that is thankful given the cold that was out. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable."
