La habitación era muy estrecha, tenia arañas, el edredón estaba roto y con manchas y la toallas también estaban rotas. La puerta del baño también estaba despegada . Nos cobraron la cena 3 veces y aún no nos han devuelto el dinero. Un desastre.

Very very mediocre!! We have just tried the restaurant, we waited 1 hour 15 minutes for food to be served. The fish was not even cleaned of its guts which were raw and which came out of the belly of the fish, in addition to a Niçoise salad which is not of the class of a hotel but of a snack.

I was in this hotel because I liked the photos but arriving at this hotel was a disaster!!! The room was all broken inside, a big hole in the shower wall and blocked with a blue plastic bag. Shower heads full of limescale make the water barely flow. The mattresses are uncomfortable and touch the bed springs. Bed covers with holes. The TV remote control does not work. I had booked from Sunday February 19, 2023 to Saturday February 25, 2023 with my child and the next day, Monday February 20, I asked for a refund from February 20 to February 25 and I handed everything back to reception . The receptionist and housekeeper verbally abused me. Then my sister in France called *********** who called the receptionist who told them there was nothing they could do about me. Then the hotel manager arrived and attacked me verbally, insulting my mother, peace and quiet, and calling me crazy, and told me to go see Macron and go back to France, and he also physically attacked me in front of my child. I called the police and they came and took me away to file a complaint against the hotel manager. I did not get a refund and I was verbally and physically attacked for the sole reason of having requested a refund because the hotel does not at all correspond to the service that we see in the photos. This is a false publication😞😞😞 False publication TO FLEE AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL
