設施：相當可以，酒店比較老了，但是維護非常好，管理也很好，屬於國內少有的性價比很高而且適合度假的酒店，類似國外的清邁稻田酒店旅遊風格，開車進山，可以在酒店避世且漫遊周邊景點的度假村。酒店設計風格獨特，以客家圍龍屋為特色建築，酒店陽台朝向很好，整個茶田風光一覽無遺。
屋裡乾燥不潮濕，住的也很舒服，空氣中瀰漫的都是桂花香氣。
衞生：很乾凈，不管是酒店裡還是景區都有人打掃，管理很好。
環境：住在百花齊放和茶田風光以及榕樹竹林中，漫步景區，發現各種景風格各異，沒有幾十年的維護不會有今天的景色，榕樹看起來都是數十年甚至上百年歷史，感覺就是深山老林中打造出來的景點。除了酒店裡的茶田風光都看不過來，酒店還贈送陰那山櫻花觀賞，派中巴接送到陰那山，這是2月份獨有的風光，賞櫻結束回來去前台登記接着開車去遊客中心把車停在停車場，跟着酒店中巴去橋溪古韻看客家原住民在山裡的生活場景，哪裡的人還在生活，養雞鴨，種梅菜曬梅菜乾，種柚子和香蕉，彷彿千年以前重現。回來已經中午可以在圍龍食府吃個午餐，午休後，下午繼續在茶田遊玩，路上隨處可見的免費喝茶休息驛站，廁所基本你想上就隨時能看見，乾淨整潔衞生舒服，沿着茶田棧道徒步，有山有湖有溪流有寺廟有花有古樹還有大鯉魚，風光無限好。三天兩晚居然感覺很倉促，很多地方都沒來得及去，很多景點都是匆匆而過。
服務：非常好，喝茶跟你聊天還有曲兒聽，給你介紹遊玩攻略以及雁南飛的歷史，客家文化，太讚了，本來以為梅州就是個小地方，沒想到因為這個雁南飛兒改觀。

這個酒店是這次出遊性價比最高的酒店了 環境非常優美 就在5A景區內 省了門票 還送了旁邊一個景區的門票 早餐是客家特色美食 設施再更新一下就完美了
