酒店的服務也非常周到。從進門的那一刻起，工作人員就非常熱情地歡迎我，幫我搬行李並迅速辦理入住手續。在整個入住期間，他們總是微笑着向我問好，詢問我的需求，給予我很多幫助。而且，房間的清潔工作也非常到位，每天都會有人來整理房間，讓我感到非常舒適。
此外，酒店的設施也非常齊全。房間裏有舒適的床鋪、乾淨的衞生間和寬敞的空間，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。而且，酒店還提供了健身房、游泳池等設施，讓我在閑暇時也能享受到一些休閑娛樂的時光。

各方各麪都很不錯，前台服務人員態度都特別好！包含一日三餐，各種飲品免費喝！房間有私湯還贈送入住期間無限次鳳凰温泉泡湯，場地也很漂亮，還有小童遊樂場，孩子很喜歡！非常適合一站式溜娃。太優秀了。

自然環境還是不錯的，是個讓人覺得身心放鬆的好地方。房間比較乾淨，所有的工作人員服務都非常好，很熱情。三餐不夠都可以隨意加，讓人覺得根本吃不完的節奏，好飽好飽，味道不錯，食材新鮮。一面牆的酒水飲料隨意喝，種類也多，還有好多魚、薯片這些孩子喜歡的小零食。退房時房間的用品打包了一大袋，還會幫你拿飲料路上喝，服務真的無可挑剔。個人覺得牀頭櫃太矮，拿東西不方便，房間如果有個全身的穿衣鏡，再多個桌子放東西就更好了。

這家來了很多次了，這次來經理換人了，感覺經營理念有些變化，有些消費降級的感覺，還好沒有充卡…具體就是工作人員少了，經理一個人忙前忙後；督威啤酒沒了😞 樂蔓莓果啤酒也沒了，找了些便宜的代替…別的目前變化不大，但很難講以後不會變…
