Our butler, Xiao Ru, provided impressive service. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and all the staff were warm and friendly. Any requests were quickly addressed, and the attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. The room was meticulously clean, with every corner perfectly maintained and no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, making our stay very reassuring. The room also came with a private hot spring tub; soaking in it after a day of exploring completely relaxed me, washing away all fatigue. The breakfast offered a rich variety, combining both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive; in your leisure time, you can stroll through the grounds and enjoy the mountain tranquility. It's suitable for both couples and friends on a getaway. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Taibai Mountain, and I'll be sure to book with Xiao Ru!"

"1. This isn't a hotel at all; it's a show flat for a real estate development, deceiving consumers. 2. It's advertised as a hot spring hotel, but the actual accommodation, hot spring, and breakfast are in two different places. Without a car, you have to drive 4 kilometers round trip to eat or soak in the hot spring. 3. The accommodation is in the middle of nowhere, 2 kilometers from the nearest restaurant, and there are only 3 guesthouses. 4. The bathtub in the hotel is just for show; it's unusable. 5. There's only one staff member, and the front desk is empty before the hotel opens in the morning, after their afternoon shift ends. 6. When we complained to the owner that the hot spring and accommodation weren't in the same place, they said it's because 95% of the guests drive, implying it's our fault for not driving. Ha!"
