L’Arboisie est un très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue dominante sur le village de Megève. L’établissement est excentré par rapport au village, ce qui est synonyme de calme assuré. Pour faciliter votre accès, le stationnement est possible devant l’hôtel ( gratuit) ou un garage couvert peut être proposé. Une très belle terrasse avec des fauteuils confortables et canapés vous invitent à la détente et à la contemplation face au superbe point de vue. Les suites sont spacieuses et confortables ( une kitchenette peut être pratique). Pour notre part, nous avons opté pour la 1/2 pension, sans regrets car les suggestions du chef étalent savoureuses ; quant au petit-déjeuner , il est très varié avec des produits de qualité. Enfin et surtout, l’ensemble du personnel très professionnel a été avenant et attentionné tout au long du séjour; toujours souriant favorisant des échanges sympathiques , faisant que l’on s’y sent très bien ! Merci à l’équipe ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement où je n’hésiterai pas à revenir avec plaisir !

Old hotel which was nicely renovated. The location above the village offers fine views and is very calm atmosphere. Access in the winter, under snowy conditions, may be difficult but the hotel offers a shuttle service. A special mention to the reception employees for their friendliness and professionalism. .

Seriously one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Very clean and quiet and the stuff very friendly and welcoming, and the care about details there goal to make you happy and comfortable. They are also kids friendly the have a wonderful kids club and nice swimming pool. We booked family suit with balcony the room very spacious and beautiful and the view unforgettable. In conclusion the made our stay unforgettable.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour L’Arboisie. Elsa et son équipe sont aux petits soins, la vue de carte postale sur les montagnes et l’ambiance cocooning. Difficile de ne pas s’y sentir bien. On n’y respire la tranquillité et le bien-être en profitant du spa et de la piscine intérieure. L’envie d’y revenir est déjà là. Toutefois une piscine extérieure serait véritablement un plus histoire de se baigner en admirant les sommets environnant, alors peut-être pour la prochaine fois…

I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by three staff members: the bellboy with long hair, the receptionist with dark hair, and the tall guy at the night reception. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but they truly stood out. The hotel is nice and beautiful, but there were a few issues. The valet service took way too long, even though we requested the car in advance. Communication between departments could also be improved; I had an issue with dry cleaning where no one knew about my request, and my clothes were returned wet on my departure day without any follow-up. We also had trouble with the TV casting system. The only solution we found was taking an Apple TV from the cinema and returning it every morning, rather than being offered to keep it for the inconvenience. Lastly, the manager's phone call with my wife was unprofessional when informing her that we could no longer use the Apple TV without offering a solution, showing zero empathy. This left a negative impression.
