appartamento al piano terra molto bello, ma la terrazza dava sulla strada quindi alle 6.30 del mattino si sentivano tutti i rumori delle auto o del camion della spazzatura. ho ordinato un piatto al ristorante, mi hanno presentato un vaso in vetro con il cibo congelato che avrei dovuto mettere nel microonde in dotazione. inaccettabile per un albergo a 4 stelle.

Very well located in Megeve and amazing for parents with kids. The rooms are great for families (the family suite) and the swimming pool is amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Contrairement au précédent séjour, le personnel était plus professionnel, plus enjoué, plus à l'écoute et très proactif. On a adoré notre séjour. Le concert rock a été un plus.

My family of 6 stayed in a family room and it was very comfortable. We had a balcony with a terrace which was lovely in the sunshine. The pool area is great and breakfast very nice. Would recommend!

Haben am Abend dort, vor Ort, gegessen, haben bei einem Kellner das Abendessen,in bar, beglichen (80€ inkl. Trinkgeld). In der Früh bei der Abreise, kontaktierten sie uns, das wir, das Abendessen nicht bezahlt hätten. Nach einer Diskussion bei der Rezeption, meinte sie, sie würden mit dem Kellner reden. Jetzt nach knapp 2 Wochen bekamen wir die E-Mail, das wir die Rechnung im Wert von 79€ nicht beglichen hätten, obwohl wir es in Bar beglichen haben und wir sind nicht bereit nochmals 80€ zu bezahlen!
