I & my husband and my family (sister in law) stay here 2 weeks all amazing. We have really enjoy & happy time. All staff here really friendly & nice service with amazing service mind. Evelyn & Jordan are amazing guy to play a lot of thing with us (pool exercise, Volleyball, play card and bingo here) my first time in my life to play poker. So both is my poker trainer lol 😆 😍 thank you them so much for everything. Plus that every area are amazing. I got big peaceful, calm. Here has many wild amimals nice and frindly everything like in heaven Birds, Iguana, geckos cuteeeee🥰 Foods ok some yummy some new and some strang for me but all enjoy and yummy 😋 I love cinnamon here Plus I found many Maxican people here cute and friendly I prefer to enjoy here let's go come to enjoy life here 💗💓💕🥰

We have always enjoyed our stays at Pueblo Bonita, Emerald Bay, it is a beautiful resort with great amenities. But the biggest draw for us are the staff, from the front desk, to the bellboys and housekeepers who are incredibly friendly and do such an amazing job. In particular , I have to give the biggest shout out to Jose Luis Nevarez Osuna who does poolside service. Jose Luis greets us each time like we are family and goes to great lengths to ensure we have everything we could possibly wish for. This particular trip, we brought friends and family and they couldn’t believe how incredible the service provided to us by Jose Luis was. We mentioned one time that our daughter-in-law was gluten intolerant and he made it his mission to let the chefs know each time she ordered food, so menu items could be adjusted for her, for which she was so grateful. He made sure our group had enough seating to be together, gave great advice on restaurants, activities, provided humor and remembered the entire group’s individual drink of choice - no small feat! We never receive this level of service anywhere else we travel and it’s what keeps us coming back to beautiful Mazatlan.

We stayed at this resort last week. The rooms were in need of a little maintenance but I must say that they were immaculate and cleaned daily including washing all floors. The grounds are lush like a jungle and very pretty. The pool area is beautiful. We really enjoyed water aerobics with Jordan! He was great. And so was Evelyn. My husband played water volleyball and Evelyn did a great job with the play by play. We did not have the all-inclusive so we left the restaurant hungry a couple times as the prices are high and the portions are small. But we did enjoy their omelets for breakfast. I believe this is the nicest resort in Mazatlan.

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay provides the best in customer service. Our cart driver, Remigio, was alleging and shares many laughs. Kind, fun good driver. Angel, Jose, Alexis, Felipe, Diego- great pool support. All the Cordelier staff!! Exceptional. Esmeralda at Cordielier. Annabelle and Suzanna - great hostess and manger. Our maid, Cecilia, took great care of us. Concierge- Michelle, Juan , Daniela, Diana- very helpful. So many wonderful people!!

Everything was beautiful and peacefulful. The staff is friendly and the grounds are immaculate. If you are getting a massage (which I would highly recommend), ask for Yolanda! She is the best massage I've had in 20 years of getting massages!!
