My room flooded with 4 inches of water AC quit working toaster shock the hell out of me and trying to get it replaced was just ridiculous.

Mazatlán: The Inn at Mazatlán is hands down the best place to stay in Mazatlán! The location is perfect — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to everything. The staff is welcoming and always goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and modern and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool,(Luis the pool waiter is the best) enjoying the spa, or taking in the sunset from your balcony, every moment feels special. I can’t recommend it enough — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I really enjoyed my trip. This was my first time ever going to Mexico. The INN is a beautiful resort, my suite was beautiful. The staff was warm and friendly. My house keepers were great. But the best part of my stay at THE INN was my bellboy (GUILLERMO)! If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have seen Mexico! He was more than just a bellboy! He took me and my two little sons on an adventure! We got to explore MAZATLÁN! We got to try Mexican cuisine and we got to sightsee. Guillermo was my own personal photographer. He took beautiful pictures and videos of me and my boys. He helped me with whatever I needed help with. He helped me go to the ATM. He helped me order food. He helped me go get groceries. He helped me get diapers for my babies. He helped me get food and drinks. He helped me.! He really helped me! GUILLERMO the best part about coming to Mexico! He really made this a great experience for me and my boys! I feel like I made a friend! I recommend you ask for GUILLERMO when you visit THE INN! He was such as blessing to me and my babies! And he’s glad to help! He’s really friendly and has a beautiful spirit! All the staff is nice but there’s only one GUILLERMO! Family has been coming here for the past 30 years. We have seen the evolution/transformation of this resort. Currently going under a renovation and staff has been very professional and helpful with any request/accommodations. Daily housekeeping is offered-kudos to Daely, our housekeeper. In-house restaurant and bar waiters are amazing specially Luis. Grounds are keep very beautiful. Looking forward till our next time to visit with more family members again.

staff very nice. all the restaurants but 1 were under construction. staff was always very helpful. it would have been better if we had at least 1 other restaurant to go to.
