Comida regular / medio. Les falla Fon pocas cosas que pueden hacer diferencias, por ejemplo .. carne de hamburguesas , muy mala. Creo no cuesta mucho conseguir una mejor carne, y un mejor pan.

En recepción tendrían q decirles q preguntaran a q hora los recoge el camión por si es más tarde alas 11 pedir extensión para no devolver las pulseras . Y unas bolígrafos para los clientes de regalo jaja estaría lindo para los clientes gracias

10/10 Desde que llegas se ve la amabilidad de los trabajadores, la limpieza del hotel y de las habitaciones es excelente, la comida también y en el área de albercas la pasas muy bien, e igualmente de la playa, sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos en algún RIU.

En cuanto al servicio fue bueno gran variedad de comidas en cualquier hora del día, la habitación muy comoda con todo lo necesario a excepción del telefono que no funcionaba, la ubicación fue excelente al igual que los shows y las intalaciones que ofrecen de entretenimiento lo que si como mejora, estaría super que los shows duraran mas tiempo porque en lo personal me di cuenta que la mayoria de la gente se mostraba insatisfecha por el poco tiempo de duración. En cuanto a los salones de baile post shows deberían de invertir en un dj donde ponga diferente tipo de musica, estuve varios días y siempre ponian las mismas lo cual se vuelve aburrido si tienes varias noches en el hotel. Otra cosa también a mejorar es el check in, debido a que tardamos casi 1 hora para poder entrar a la habitación por la cantidad de gente, pienso que deberian de tener algo mas optimo y rapido para agilizar el proceso de check in y no tener la gente parada por tanto tiempo. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo muy padre.

Todo muy limpio, la atención excelente. Pediría que se mejore el proceso para reservación de los restaurantes Bamboo y Tabasco, ya que en los 3 días que estuve no logré encontrar disponibilidad, súper saturado y ni pude vivir esa experiencia. El aire entra en modo reposo cada 5-10 minutos y es muy ruidoso cuando enciende, no pude dormir agusto.

Es nuestro tercer año de forma consecutiva que nos hospedamos en el hotel, nuestras estancias siempre son muy agradables, sin embargo si hay algunos puntos que me gustaría abordar: para nosotros es muy importante que los baños de las habitaciones cuenten con extractor y por otro lado, que las llaves de acceso a las habitaciones se desactiven hasta la hora del check-out, mi familia y yo fuimos por nuestro equipaje a las 10:30a.m. y ya estaban desactivadas, ésto generó molestia ya que habría que ir a desbloquearlas hasta el lobby, el hotel es grande y el desplazarse de un punto a otro para algunas personas es muy agotador. Gracias!!

Se tienen que colocar ventiladores en la zona de elevadores de la planta baja, aunque se hace fila, que es tolerable, pero el calor no lo es. Y no estaría mal implementar otra freidora de papas en la zona de snacks de albercas, ya que es lo más demandado, se acaban rápido y el tiempo de espera para servirte más es demasiado. Espero que eso mejore en mi próxima visita.

Nos llevamos muy buena experiencia, bonito lugar súper recomendado, lo único que no me gusto fue la plancha de ropa, para mi ver ocupan remplazarlas por planchas de vapor
