I genuinely appreciate the assistance that Miss Ana Karen Ponzo provided me since yesterday. I was in a hurry to send a cake to my daughter for her birthday, hoping it would make her feel special on her special day since she is in Mazatlan and I am in New Jersey. I understand that her job is to help customers, but the way she approached it with such patience and dedication is truly commendable. My family and I travel frequently, and it’s not always easy to find employees who go above and beyond. Miss Ponzo could have easily informed me yesterday that Park Inn wasn’t providing the service I requested, but instead, she took the time to suggest alternative bakeries and provided detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. Park Inn should have more employees like her, they’re fortunate to have her!! As Radisson members, we’re motivated to visit more often because of employees like her. I had an excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpful, but we especially want to thank Antonio Balderas at the front desk, who helped us a lot with our reservations and tours, he was always willing to assist us with a great attitude. Thanks to him, our stay was much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place for its outstanding customer service!

Needs an upgrade!
I have stayed in this hotel many times and it’s an okay place I guess. Seems worn and in need of some upgrades. Clean enough. The food remains terrible and the cocktails are also terrible. There is not too much within walking distance. The beach is wonderful as is the pool and hot tub. It just needs an update!
