A wonderful holiday. This was our 3rd visit to the maritim and our 13th visit to Mauritius. The staff were so helpful. We did have a couple of minor issues with our suite but they were rectified quickly and with good grace. We fell in love with one of the beach dogs and are planning to bring him home and all the staff have been so helpful with this. Even sending photos so we can see how he's doing. Finally I have to come to the star of the show. This is the amazing Jay. We would return just because of him. Maritim management never let him go because he is an absolute star and should be used as an example to all other staff in how to deal with guests. Can't wait to see you all soon.

The Beach Party was an amazing event. We danced until 3am. Just awesome. Beside a lot of others ( I couldn’t collect all names unfortunately), let me give a special appreciation to Iswhware sarita Rakesh at la maree Naresh at the beach bar. Spend your money elsewhere, there are better choices. Went there to celebrate my birthday on the 21st. The morning bar shift was really nice to us but when it switched to the other shift, it was so bad. Drinks were of poor quality, and the wait time was way too long. They should be trained properly on how to handle customers. We weren't notified that the drinks would take long, we had to go over there to ask and the response was "have a seat we told you we'll get you your drinks" and we received our drinks only after raising our voices. Customers that ordered after us were being served before us aswell. We ordered a birthday cake, it got served to us with no utensils. Took a while for them to give it to us. Other places they would make it special, sing or music but nothing over there. It was terrible, i regret going there for my birthday. Dont waste your money folks

We have had an incredible journey at the Maritim Resort and Spa Mauritius. The staff were very hospitable. I present my gratitude to all staff, at the reception namely Mr Manoj and those at the restaurant, pool bar, sports corner, tire a l'arc. The suite was luxurious and comfy facing beautiful sea view. My daughter was overwhelmed with the swimming pool. It was clean all the time. The restaurant food was excellent. Thank you Maritim Resort and Spa Mauritius team for the exceptional service and wish you a prosperous New Year 2025.

Lovely hotel and very helpful and thoughtful staff. Thanks in particular for the medical assistance facilitated when my mother was unwell! We greatly enjoyed our stay, the vast park around, activities organized and restaurant options. Highly recommend 😄

Mon séjour au Maritime Resort Spa a été agréable, malgré l’attitude désagréable de certains, notamment à l’accueil et Ajay à la base nautique. Un grand merci entre autre à Jean Hélène Aka, Danette, Moly, Felicia, Manave, Swadesh (Pape), Loovesh, Mithun et Vimla pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. L’hôtel manque un peu d’animations pour les jeunes, mais reste un cadre agréable avec des chambres de qualité.

We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Maritim. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The deluxe room plus was large and spacious and had all that we needed. The staff were friendly and would accommodate any of our wishes when possible. There was plenty of choice for food, particularly the buffet restaurant which had so much choice and was always varied and presented well. We would not hesitate to return.
