One&Only le Saint Geran

We’ve been in Le Saint Gerain for 4 amazing nights with my wife celebrating my birthday. Everything from arriving til departure was UNFORGETTABLE! Our wonderful hosts Kumar, Laetitia - we thank you for this amazing service from you, you were so attentive and careful about our requests. And just huuuuuge shout out to Ashwind, one of the trainers in a gym. He gave us some really big motivation and taught us a lot of techniques. He works there for 22 years, he’s a real professional. Additionally, all the activities there which are goes free - snorkling, kayaking, waterski and etc - it all goes free! Just need to wake up as early as possible to try it all. Big thanks to all the staff there, you made our vacation memorable and magical for us. We definitely come back to feel it again.

We recently stayed at the One&Only Le Saint Géran for our honeymoon and, while the property itself is stunning and the spa excellent, our overall experience was very disappointing. Our room was not ready for hours upon arrival, which set the tone for the trip. More concerning was the complete disorganization around a dinner experience I had requested well before arrival. Despite repeated follow-ups, we received no timely confirmation and ultimately missed out on the one activity we had most looked forward to. To make matters worse, after checkout my wife realized she had left her AirPods in the room. Despite providing exact proof of their location, responses from the hotel were delayed and unhelpful, and we never received a clear update. Still haven't. For a resort of this caliber and cost, the lack of communication and attention to detail was unacceptable. The grounds and spa may be beautiful, but the service and organization fell well short of five-star standards.
