A small and very cozy hotel on a rocky cliff. It has a pleasant atmosphere and a restaurant with an ocean view. Just a note – this hotel is not for those looking for a beach vacation, as the shore is rocky and not suitable for swimming. It's more for people who enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful views.
I had a cozy two-story room. The cleaning could have been better, and the food was average, but everything tasted good. Overall, I was happy with my stay and think it’s a great value for the price.

Very poor service at this hotel There were flies over the food The taste of the drinks were not good Concerning the lunch there was not a variety of food and was cold There was no water activity as mentioned in my package The worse thing for tea time very shameful for the hotel to provide only 2 things: pancakes and pakoras That was also served COLD Special for the management team: to be specific the bald man with glasses You are so arrogant towards your client no greetings as if we dont exist Very poor management by your side Very poor service NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hello, I would like to share my experience with you which my family encountered when we booked 3nights stay at Sunset Reef Resort & Spa in a family room one week ago. When we were allocated our room on the 1st day we were shocked to see a leakage of water coming from toilet.In the 2nd room the beds were not done as if no one cleaned it after the last client occupied it.Staff were made aware of leakage and cleaning of room. At tea time the chef was putting pancakes all one by one with his hands without gloves nor cooking pliers. No hot water in bathroom.A yellowish water was coming out of the tap from the sink and bathtub with very bad smell. When we went to see the hotel manager Mr Vinay, his reaction was shocking.He simply said if we cannot accept to stay in the hotel it is better WE LEAVE.In simple words we were at fault so we have to leave.After some discussions he agreed to refund us.We left with 2 kids by 6pm and went home. Next day till tuesday i had to call at hotel several times to ask about my refund.It was only when i threatened them that my kid had gastro that they refunded me my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUNSET REEF HOTEL TO ANY COUPLE WITH KIDS. THE WORST HOTEL EVER.

The food was nice.. .atmosphere cool and family friendly.... The services provided at reception, bar, restaurant were beyond our expectations....we had a nice time here

When there for a day package today, it is an absolutely lovely hotel, the food was good and the drinks also, unfortunately i don't remember the names of the people that served us and the receptionist but a special thanks, professional and friendly staff with a beautiful view, would recommend if you are going there to relax and clear out your mind and also if you are a couple
