Démarrage difficile en raison de quelques difficultés techniques, mais l’équipe des responsables a vite réagi et le séjour a été un des plus agréables! Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mano, Anoar et Pazal pour leur gentillesse! Ils étaient aux petits soins et professionnellement efficaces! Sans oublier le sourire lumineux le matin de la dame qui prépare les œufs (dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu le nom) si délicieusement! Merci à tous d’avoir illuminé notre séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente journée à l'hôtel, où tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Le repas était délicieux et a pleinement satisfait nos attentes, un véritable régal pour les papilles ! Bien que le vent se soit montré particulièrement présent ce jour-là, cela n'a en rien gâché notre plaisir. Nous tenons d'ailleurs à remercier chaleureusement Monsieur Annoar pour sa grande gentillesse et son attention particulière, qui ont grandement contribué au bon déroulement et à l'agrément de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour une parenthèse relaxante et gourmande.

Le service de l'hôtel est au TOP. Un accueil au TOP à la réception avec Manoj. Anwar, Pazal et Manich de la restauration avec Mr Suchil ont bien assurés, ils ont bien respecté les allergies de notre fille au niveau de la nourriture. Il faudrait juste faire une rénovation au niveau des chambres, avoir plus d'intimité pour les parents.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement. Les chambres familiales sont grandes et fonctionnelles la vue sur la piscine et l'océan sont à tellement agréables, la literie est de bonne qualité et la chambre est équipée de clim. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, Mano à l'accueil ainsi qu''Anrwa et son équipe au bar/restaurant ont vraiment rendu notre séjour magiques. Un hotel kids friendly avec une très belle qualité de service, à 3 minutes à pied des snacks et de deux superettes.

Beau séjour. Très convivial et les personnels sont très accueillants. Une variétés de plats. Merci à Mr Anwar et Mr Manoj pour leur hospitalité. Sans oublié Mme Anielle à la réservation pour sa patience. Très recommandé d'aller en famille.

Le séjour à était incroyable pour toute la familles , personnels accueillant , adorable et très familial, hôtel très agréable et chaleureux, repas délicieux , mercii encore pour le séjour ont reviendra. I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the entire service. The hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The room was mediocre and lacked basic cleanliness. The food was terrible with very limited variety. The restaurant itself was disgusting and unhygienic. My whole experience was disappointing. I wonder how this hotel is still operational and how people are still making reservations here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Went with family of 10 for a Rs. 1400 per person day package (Rs14,000) . No planning to accommodate us despite booking and payment in advance. Receptionist was rude, fighting with a colleague in front of us. No chairs at the pool, and when I asked, they told us to pull them from the restaurant ourselves! Mojito tasted like lime water, tea-time had terrible gato lissou!!. The toilet was filthy, cats were walking around the dining area—so unhygienic! And it’s January, full summer, and they don’t have cold coke! Total waste of money—avoid this place!
