Un ringraziamento particolare alla titolare, oltre alla simpatia è stata sempre disponibilissima per ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura nel cuore di Matera è situata in un punto strategico da poter visitare tutta la città comodamente a piedi. Le camere arredate con gusto a cui non manca assolutamente nulla, letto comodissimo. Semmai dovessi ritornare a Matera, saprei sicuramente dove alloggiare. Grazie ancora di tutto.

Sono stata nella struttura di Alessandra, persona deliziosa! Le stanze sono molto belle e pulite, arredate con cura e silenziose. LA posizione è ottima, da lì si raggiunge comodamente a piedi ogni parte dei Sassi . I prezzi giusti! Consigliamo vivamente, e Matera è magica!

Première fois à Matera avec ma femme, pour découvrir la capitale européenne de la culture 2019. Pour mieux vivre l’expérience on a beaucoup cherché un endroit centrale et facile d’accès en voiture (on etait en road trip depuis la Belgique). Le choix n’a pas été facile car il y a vraiment beaucoup de structures touristiques. On a donc décidé d’essayer «Il Sorriso dei Sassi» géré par Alessandra. Proche du centre, pas loin d’un parking privé (10€/jour) conseillé par la gérante, avec des superbes chambres avec vue sur les «sassi» (et air conditionné), enregistrement online super rapide et super pratique, IL SORRISO DEI SASSI a été vraiment génial. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus car la structure n’est plus un B&B: à 100m il y a une superbe place avec beaucoup de bars. Alessandra nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour visiter la ville et pour profiter à fond des services et des activités proposés par la Commun de Matera. Recommandé à 200%. Una notte prenotata sul momento (avevamo previsto di arrivare il giorno successivo a Matera ) a caso tra le poche disponibilità rimaste . Una piacevole sorpresa ! Comodo check in “automatico “ con le chiavi nel locker vicino alla porta ci ha permesso di arrivare con calma dopo cena . Ottima posizione in mezzo al barisano. Camera spaziosa ,letto comodo. Discretamente inutile la vasca idromassaggio, complesso utilizzarla per una banale doccia ma vabbè . Nota di merito ad Imma che al mattino ci ha fornito abbondanti spiegazioni e consigli sulla visita della città con un entusiasmo genuino e da cui tutti gli operatori del settore dovrebbero prendere spunto !

siamo stati insieme ad amici a soggiornare in questa struttura x 3 notti, e devo dire che l'unica cosa positiva è la posizione vicina al centro, x il resto siamo rimasti estremamente delusi.....camere senza armadi, frigobar che fungono da arredo poiché non funzionanti, niente armadi, i somme camere super spartane !!!e la cosa peggiore è stata scoprire che non è previsto il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani....inaudito...proprietaria abbastanza arrogante ....insomma consigliatissimo ..
