Very nice and cozy family place. Good service and friendly staff. Good food and drinks and great facilities for children! Short way (15 min walking) to Maspalomas «Down Town» with all it’s opportunities. Resort by Dunas is also very beautiful with all it’s plants and trees!

Animation team exellente! Grimi, Jere and Mily Sara were the best! They were so good to get everyone to join the games and ect. Walked around and said hi to everyone. Both children and adults. Very nice hotel and good food. Would definitly come back.

Los animadores son increíbles!! Son muy simpáticos y dinámicos, me lo pasé genial con todos ellos.. las actividades en la piscina son una pasada, y el bailecito final súper divertido!! Me sentí muy bien en este hotel tan divertido y bonito.

We had a really nice trip here. The animation team was excellent and had a lot of activities for children as well as evening entertainment with dance, karaoke and much more. My toddler loved it. The food and cocktails were also good. Energetic and lovely!

It's a good hotel if you are travelling with small kids especially. There are a lot of good activities for the small ones. The animation team also did a great job to entertain everyone during the day and also during the evening shows. You could see that they put some thought into the activities and made sure to include everyone.

Fantastic family hotel. The highlight is the kids and adult entertainment options. The animation team is really good with kids, respectful and engaging, even when no common language is found. My 4 year old had a blast! For adults, I’ve never seen an aquagym class so full of people dancing cumbia and AC/DC. There is also a miniclub where kids over 4 year old can do some crafting, face painting, etc. My son went one afternoon and enjoyed it as the lady was very sweet. However, the rest of the days, he preferred the swimming pool and other games organized by the pool. Rooms are cozy and very very clean. The standard ones have a small living room that makes it super comfortable when travelling with kids; as there is microwave, fridge and kitchenette. The restaurant has wide variety of food but the quality is just ok; nothing outstanding. Generally, very nice and service minded personnel. I would definitely recommend the hotel in terms of price vs. what you get. With small kids (4 year old and 4 months baby) we feel this was the correct choice also without worrying too much about bothering other people at the hotel with our kids. For clarity, even if a family hotel, all kids during our stay behaved fairly good and there was no noise after 9-10pm.

Empezaré dando las gracias a Sander, camarero en Mondo café. Miles de gracias por atendernos con calidez, familiaridad y profesionalidad inigualables. Se ganó el afecto de mis hijos con su sonrisa, simpatía y los ricos smoothies que les preparó. Tengo que decir también, que él prepara los mejores mojitos que jamás mi marido y yo hemos probado! También agradecer al resto del personal por su calidez y disposición profesional. La animación del hotel ha sido excelente, un 200% de entrega para entretener tanto a adultos como niños. Desde el miniclub, las clases de natación, el aquagym, y todas las demás actividades de entretenimiento, todo ha estado genial! El bungalow, en el que nos hospedamos, estuvo en perfectas condiciones: amplio, luminoso, limpio y perfecto para una familia de cuatro, dos adultos y dos niños. Un punto extra a favor es el hecho de que estuviéramos al lado del campo de fútbol y la zona de juegos, así los niños podían salir afuera sin un adulto corriendo detrás de ellos todo el tiempo, sí hubiéramos estado al lado de la piscina habría sido más "peligroso" 😉. Nos lo hemos pasado fenomenal, muchísimas gracias por darnos una semana de vacaciones perfecta! Definitivamente volveremos!
