It's a very nice accomodation for families with small children. The beds were hard but the rest of the accommodation and park was amazing. We were in the family area in a senior family suite and this was renovated/looked very nice. The all inclusive is as good as can be expected from all inclusive. They have around 5 themes in the restaurants so the variety of the food is good. The quality of the food as well. The only things that would make it even better would be a slide of some sort and maybe a small pool bar by the family area. It's only a 2 minute walk to the main pool bar, but if also have to keep an eye on the kids;)

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, soleil,tout hôtel,personnel très bien .Kamu et Cheryne au top de très bon animateurs sourire et joie le top très très très bien . Les repas très variés,une propriété impeccable de tout les lieux .Nous reviendrons avec plaisir bisous à toutes les équipes.

Les animation de l apero avec camuq et cheryne etait trop bien on s est bizn detendu et les soiree des dances du soir etait tres agreable et les chambres tres agreable et propre vous devrier agrandir un peut la piscine un peut juste quand il y a beaucoup de monde

9 dagen verbleven bij Dunas in een prachtig huisje met lekker bed en mooie badkamer met regendouche. Wat haperende Wifi werd goed opgelost door Denise en Ingrid wat daarna perfect werkte. Ook goede tips ontvangen van Rinaldo. Ook fijn ontvangen bij de receptie door Noëlle die goede tips had over handdoeken, strand en eten/restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om heen te gaan!!

Les animateurs sont super surtout Kamu, chéryne et Élodie . Le personnel sont très gentil.L'endroit est très jolie . Les chambres sont propres. Les soirées sont géniale . Nourriture et boissons a volonté.Je recommande fortement si vous venez au Grande Canaries.

L’animation l’après-midi et le soir était super. Bonne expérience. Les soirées apéro bien animés, je félicite Kamu et Chéryne qui ont très gentil et très souriants avec nous. Chambre facile d’accès, hôtel très propre et très présentable.

Les animateurs elodie cheryne et kamus sont de très très bon. .ambiance jeux etc... Le trio iront très loin dans leur aventure d animation Hôtel restaurant nickel Propreté nickel Juste a revoir les cartes pour ouvrir les portes elle se désactivé souvent Activité Proposer excellent chameau buggy jeep etc

Nourriture insipide et répétitive, gestion irrégulière du maintien en température des plats. Salle du restaurant très bruyante. Piscine plus chauffée en mai, pourtant bien nécessaire. Un bar principal, à la piscine, unique jusqu'à 21 heures. Nous avons très nettement ressenti une recherche permanente d'économie. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel, qui est entrain de se dévaloriser.
