Nice Hotel with good location. Easily accessible to tourists attraction. Transportation is convenient. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Centralized location at the Marseille port and close proximity to a series of bar and pubs. Getting the marseille port view triple room model gives a luxurious 25sqm floor area.l But the same proximity also brought noise in the evening from near by dance clubs and even morning gathering crowds. Sound proofing is also its archilles heel.

Our rooftop terrace had bird droppings on the floor that were not swept clean, and the lounge chairs were also quite dirty, so we couldn't lie down. On the last day, no one came to clean the room. Then they told me that no one would come today, so I had to clean up by myself. I hope the room has warm air conditioning at night, but I was told that the hotel currently only has cooling, and I can move to other hotels if I feel cold. But the front desk clearly wrote that the temperature that day was 12 degrees at night. The sound insulation on the first floor is poor. I spent the money for a sea view room to live in a noisy room with street view. Ctrip helped to change the room the next day. In addition, the wooden table in the room may cause allergies. I sneezed dozens of times when I looked at the computer for 30 minutes at the wooden table, but there was no problem with the metal table. In short, I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.
