Enjoyed the stay, big sprawling resort. If you don't use the hotel free transport, costs can quickly add up when going out.

The hotel has an excellent location, the reception is good, and the breakfast is excellent, but the room furniture is normal, as well as the size of the TV screen, relative to the size of the room, as well as room service at a good and normal level

Hugely disappointed with this hotel which has nothing of a 5 star that I could have done in other countries, the spa is not located in the hotel but 3 minutes walk away, the swimming pool not very lit smells of humidity which goes back, the classic sauna, the classic hammam, dilapidated changing rooms, elevator not maintained, classic buffet breakfast not wow, nice room you are welcomed with a plate of fruit and oriental cakes but impression that they have given a lick of paint once slight smell, the shower was clogged it overflowed a little, etc etc... In short, I do not recommend this hotel given the price and it does not deserve 5 stars.

We had the best time. Id defently recommend this place and especially if you have kids. The water parks are amazing. The pictures online don’t do the hotel justice, it’s way better in real life. Had the best week wiv my family! Staff was lovely especially the entertainment team from the day and night who made our holiday a wicked week! Thank you too.. Fadwa ,Jamal ,Adil, ilyas, Bono, lahcen and Bruno and any of the rest of the team whose name I missed! Your all amazing⭐️❤️

I honestly don’t get the negative reviews. Each to their own I suppose. Then staff were amazing and could understand English and they would all have a chat and make sure you were ok. They make everyone feel welcome or at least they did with us. Food was lovely and the drinks were good. Only one beer called Sahara but it is a nice beer. Room was beautiful and had views of the Atlas Mountains. Some evening entertainment. The gym is a little 0.3km walk from the hotel but worth it. It was peaceful and if you’re looking for a nice place to chill for a view days I really recommend. Cannot wait to go back.

We have just returned from a 4 day, all-inclusive stay. Good Points: Resort is huge! The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. The breakfast and lunch choice was great. The staff are so friendly and I can honestly say that I found everyone helpful and professional. The golf course is outstanding and very well maintained. The gym is better than most hotel gyms. Bad Points: Not enough sunbeds. The rooms and a fair bit of the resort are dated and have fallen into a state of disrepair. Our room was very dated and the carpets and curtains were worn and very badly stained. The shower didn’t drain away properly, practically flooding with every use. Worst of all, NO AIR CON. We contacted reception several times but we didn’t get it resolved… it was 36oC in Marrakech. We also booked a premium room with garden view. The room was not premium, 2-3 star standard at best and our garden view was looking at a storage area.

Amazing people doing the entertainment, people with nice attitude and care for us. It was lovely to have them around doing the activities and having a chat with everyone…. They played a big part in our enjoyment in the hotel! If it weren’t for the animators, our time in Pickarbatros wouldn’t have been so enjoyable!

We spent four days and wasn’t enough ! Everything was just perfect and all the staff were kind . Lovely hotel, however we were not warned at any point from booking (last November) until visiting last week, that there would be building work going on, digging for a new pool I think. Two different genres of music were played each day by the pools, both really quite loudly to try and drown out the digger, dump truck and Jack hammers … unsuccessfully however. Buffet restaurant was great for all three sittings breakfast, lunch & dinner. However, very disappointing experience with the other two restaurants Pasta Cosi & the Mediterranean. We made reservations for both restaurants, one for Wednesday evening & one for the following evening. Turned up for the Wednesday booking, to be told no reservation had been made for us by reception, therefore we were turned away. The woman in the restaurant called the other restaurant and confirmed we had no booking there either for the following evening but that they had a table available that night if we wanted to go there. We did and were told we had a 10 minute wait, 45 minutes later we were finally seated to only be approached by a French gentleman guest and his wife, who was extremely rude, stating we had stolen his table! We were asked to wait in the dry bar and no staff were available to offer water or soft drinks! French people in the hotel seemed to be prioritised and quite often we were totally ignored at the bars on site. Buffet restaurant staff however could not be faulted, particularly Khalid who always had a wonderful smile and engaged in conversation and was very welcoming. Our request for top floor rooms, made at the time of booking, were completely ignored and we were told the hotel was full and therefore no alternative available. We were early on the day of arrival and check in was slow, but was twice as bad when we returned to get our room keys, a few hours later. Main outdoor pool was extremely cold, acceptable for the time of year admittedly, but the much smaller heated children’s pool, was so warm it was unpleasant! The indoor pool however was perfect as was the sauna. Plenty of room for improvement and better communication would be massively beneficial.

We have just returned from 7 nights at this hotel and what can I say..... One of the best hotels stays I've had. The hotel is beautiful and constantly cleaned, the room was just as pictured, lovely big bed which was soooo comfortable, loads of room and storage. The air-conditioning was a god send in the 42° heat. The food was great with freshly made omelettes each morning. 3 pools which felt like a warm bath. They had different activities in the pools from aqua fitness to volleyball. The animation team were great, keeping everyone entertained though out the day and night. The staff were some of the most friendly staff I've encountered at a hotel and nothing was too much. They would keep you well hydrated throughout bringing bottles of water. The alcohol isn't strong at all so maybe bring a bottle with you, although it was great for us as no hangovers 🤣. But a good tip for the bar staff goes a long way. I want to give a special mention to Mouhammed on the bar who was so friendly and funny. We also got the bus into town which was great as not much around the hotel, there are a couple of little shops on the complex on the closed down side but just a short walk. We also had a meal at the Mediterranean restaurant which was all included. There is an Italian but we ran out of time for that. Please don't listen to the negative reviews. Yes there is a little work going on at the hotel but nothing that impacts your stay and people can't moan its rundown and then moan when they're doing if up 🤣 BOOK THIS HOTEL....YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Just returned from A Fabulous Seven night stay at the Pickalbatros Hoel DU Golf . On Arrival we filled in the registration forms and had to Pay 40 pounds (20 each) for the room tax then pay 10 pounds each for a pool towel which you could change every day if you wanted and get your money back when you check out . we was then showed to our room 5016 which overlooked one of the pools . The room was nicely decorated it had 2 double beds which were heaven to sleep on (better than ours at home )we would love to have them here .2 built in wardrobes with built in drawers a chest of drawers a flat screen T.V Tea and Coffee making facilities a fridge and a safe .2 his and her sinks 2 different showers and a toilet and a sliding door that led you onto a small patio area then a few paces and you was in the pool . The room was cleaned everyday and bedding changed we was also topped up with 3 or 4 bottles of fresh drinking water everyday, The pool was only 1.10 meters deep and was like having a warm bath , The meals were lovely with plenty of choice for Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner the Bars were good although we drank mostly water . We had a lovely Pasta meal with starters mains deserts and wine served at one of the resorts restaurants which we was taken to by mini bus and brought back all free . we also had a trip to the city taken there and back by mini bus which we had to book the night before again for free . A Special thanks to ALL Staff The Animation Team who kept us entertained every night .The Cleaners who kept the Hotel and Our Rooms Shiny And Clean ,The Chefs And Waiters And Bar Staff for the food and service they provided Thank You All for making our holiday magical . We are in our late 60s and although we dont play golf we was made very welcome by ALL . If you want a chilled out holiday this is the place for you , our only criticism is there is no on site shop or one near by.. THANKS AGAIN GUYS.
