Stayed here 23 of us 6 family's and we all had the best time staff were lovely entertainment day and night kids loved the annex pool with slide and park and all loved the main pool ,food was ok expecially the kebab lots of variety could do with more of a fruit selection but all was good ,WiFi tends only to be at lobby or pool area but this wasn't a problem ,rooms nice and big I was a family of 2 adults 3 kids we had a 2 bedroom in the annex each room with balcony rooms were clean but could do with update ,lovely large fridge in room stocked with drinks on arrival, I would definitely return we had the best time all of us ,lovely hairdressers onside and tattooists

Worst experience ever. This hotel was more like a hostel. Hygiene was non existent. The service was terrible. The actual rooms were in a completely different location to the hotel itself and wifi was only in the lobby area. Overall horrible experience and would definitely not recommend to anyone considering to stay.

I am currently staying at the Isla Panorama and I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel. It is by far not even a 1* let alone a 4*. I am not happy at all as they made me pay an extra £180 for a room change. When my mother is sick and she can't walk up the stairs. This hotel is not recommended for anyone elderly who can not walk and has knee pains. There's too many negative things about the hotel the shower looks like a used swamp. The TV is about 45cm the room is cramped and squashed the bed is a size of a pea 🫛 and we can barely fit on it. There was not proper refreshments the pastry was as dry as a dessert. I wish I could leave here right now I'm really unhappy with the service. I told the receptionist I would like to see the manager he didn't come down despite asking her twice. The door doesn't have a proper lock. This is ridiculous 😒 I want my money back.

DO NOT COME!!! me and my family had a family room one double bed and two singles… the beds where already stained and the state of the mattress… you wouldn’t even want them in your own house The bathroom was neglected hairs all over the bath thay did not belong to my family and the shower head was grimy and the water barley came out, we got home a couple of days ago and we are all incredible i’ll with colds, most likely due to the revolting air-con The staff were rude and unwelcoming and there is no entertainment during the night as advertised except a kids disco starting at half past 10!!!! The cups were all stained and not washed and the food was often cold and stale. Would not recommend save your money!!!!!

Came to this hotel as a couple as found a great deal on on the beach it is a family hotel but still great for couples we had a great time the entertainment team where great got us up and involved everyday went to the clubs on a night! Drinks where good and food nice always something to choose Would highly recommend🙂🙂

Perfect location in Marmaris overlooking the sea and mountains!! 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops Pool area and sunbeds are great Food and drink can’t fault at all All the staff are so friendly and helpful great entertainment on an evening even take you to the clubs if you fancy it 🍹✨

Just got back from a family holiday here don’t listen to the bad reviews and make up your own mind!! All the staff are great from the bar staff to the waiters to the entertainment team couldn’t do more to help you and make your holiday special!! Kids club and mini disco great fun for my niece she loved it 🙂 Rooms are fine have everything you need Wi-Fi is good too and location for shops and beach is great!

First here so beautiful and looking so nice always we had a fun always we playing something i love it if im coming holiday i need be like that food was amazing Turkish night doner belly dancer was amazing i love it i think in marmaris best hotel cheap and funny place thank you
