Green Nature Resort and Spa

Overall enjoyed my stay Variety of food in the restaurants , I ate and I ate...... The lifts kept breaking down , I hope they have rectified that now , but there were always alternative lifts, however can be annoying . Nice swimming pool but was cold , however this was in may and not now in July , My daughter has loads of run on the slides and in the children's pool. The also have a nice and secure nursery . The drinks both alcoholic and soft drinks were decent, I enjoyed the snack bar near the pool. Amination was okay , some nights enjoyable The have a decent gym The have a nice games arcade area but you have to pay to use it , however prices are not bad. hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the beach The room was cleaned daily , bottles of water supplied room had a fridge Please note they are not flexible with late check out , and they will charge you a ridiculous fee for late checkout , however i managed to get 1400 check out after call three times , because I had two small kids. I would attend this hotel again , I would recommend it but only for certain price

This hotel is honestly so good- friendly staff - food amazing- rooms clean and every room has balcony The entertainment is unreal The drinks are great too Only disappointed thing was sun loungers you need get up at 6:30am to get one but by 2/3pm you can get them no problem There’s a bank near by just a 5 min walk away gives English money ( English money is best to bring ) also can get a bus into town an home 24/7 for 59p Highly recommend this hotel

This was our second visit in two years, and overall we had a great stay. The hotel is lovely, and the spa was incredible once again. The staff work extremely hard and are a real credit to the hotel. We also loved the range of drinks available. The pool entertainers really make the holiday—they’re so much fun! Finding a sun lounger was never an issue, which is a big plus. The food was nice with plenty of options, but after a week it can feel a little repetitive. The only negatives were: Guests leaving rubbish around the pool area. Staff worked tirelessly to keep things clean, so this is down to some inconsiderate guests, not the hotel. The condition of some local cats, one of which had a bad cut. We know these cats don’t belong to the hotel, but for many British guests who love animals, this was difficult to see. Some cats in town are fed by shops, so it seems to be a local choice. Overall, a wonderful holiday with fantastic staff and entertainment.

Green Nature Resort rated with 4-star with a lot of good reviews. So, with high expectation, we booked with Jet 2 Holiday for an All Inclusive 10 nights stay from the 28th of June. First impression on arrival, frontage was not very welcoming and this also applied to the staff at the reception. Handed out one key per room and told that we will not be getting any more key as we have booked a standard room. Bed room was very basic, extremely thin wall, which I could hear people next room talking, snoring and children in the corridor running and parents shouting for their kids. Food was almost the same everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing feel fresh a part from the watermelon. Monday dinner, International Night. Tuesday dinner, left over Internal night, Wednesday dinner, International night (more left over). Thursday night, Fish Night, consisted of cold salmon and left over. Entertainment during the dinner every night, whereby the staff banging the plates again the bin to get rid of waste food rather than quietly scraping the waste food off the plate. Pool areas are always busy, with kids running around and loud music. Quieter time was around 5pm but the pool time is restricted to 6pm. The pool staff will be shouting out for you to leave around 5.30 pm, if you are still hanging round, they will be standing over you and making you feel uncomfortable that you will have to leave the area so they can put the very uncomfortable sunbed away. Obviously a lot of other people like the place, hence very busy. Unfortunately, not for us and couldn't wait to return home.

I stayed at Green Nature for more than 10 days and had a really good experience. Rooms overall were very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and professional. You may encounter a pack of wild boars on the streets at night. Beware. Apart from that, the spa was very unique and completely different from my previous experiences. Treatments were completely amazing. It’s being managed by a very professional manager with talented staff. If you want a world-class, pampering spa experience with reasonable prices then look no further. You’ll be in good hands. Consult the manager Eti for further information. Friendly staff, the best service ever.Eti was helping me to get the services which I was needed and she was great. I'm telling you that from my own experience with them. I had massage everyday with my lovely therapist Ketut.I came here with a very bad back pain and I'm going back home brand new .I recommend 100% ❤️😍
