This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! It is everything you can ask for. The food is delicious and there’s always so much to choose from. The staff are fantastic and so friendly, and the cleaners go above and beyond. You never have to fight for a sunbed, even if you come down later there are always spare beds you can use, and the pools are incredible. We have already booked to come back next year for 2 weeks!!

We have just returned back from this hotel after 9 days. We enjoyed our stay but not sure we would return. Heres what we thought as a family of 4 Check in- check in was quick, porter was lovely. Found reception staff not overly happy or interested if I'm honest. Food- we all really enjoyed all the different foos selections although the hot food at breakfast is usually the same would be nice to try different stuff. The kids loved the snack bar and the ice creams available from 2-5. They alao loved the little snack table near reception with chocolate and traybakes! Staff- we didnt find any of the staff ever offered to help with drinks etc apart from an older gentleman who worked outside. Unsure of his name but he is a credit to the hotel! Pools- we loved the pools and had no trouble getting sun beds even after 8am. Entertainment- we enjoyed the aqua aerobics, darts and the light show on nighttime. We found the entertainment too late for our kids so didn't get to see alot of it. Cleanliness- hotel was very clean. Always cleaners out doing something, picking up rubbish etc Rooms - unfortunately for us this was the big let down. The bathrooms are absolutely tiny, the rooms are dated and the noise from other guests was absolutely dreadful. I didn't have a good night sleep whilst i was at the hotel unfortunately. No shampoo or conditioner provided and no milk for a cup of British tea! The view from our room was terrible looking out on to where staff has there breaks and big piles of rubbish. Overall i would say this hotel is more high 3 star hotel than a 5.

This is not a 5* resort. Reception staff were uninterested and rude from the start as if everything was too much trouble. The restaurant upstairs is always empty and is not included, if you want proper food you have to pay extra for it. If you want better drinks you have to pay extra for it. The food was ok, some things were better than others. The first morning breakfast was fine and set the bar high for the fried eggs station, following this the eggs were shocking and you wouldn’t feed them to your dead neighbours cat, cold and in a bucket, as if the grill station staff were learning on the job. The room was fine, clean and cleaning staff were pleasant. The bedding is not adequate for 2 people the sheet is the size of a single bed, there was no spare bedding in the wardrobes. Other people mentioned being placed in a room over sewage facilities. Dining- to get the good food at any meal times you have to be there when it first opens otherwise you miss out on the fresh and different options. There were a lot of dishes that looked like recycled leftovers and they put the sausage in everything. Waiting staff only wanted to get you a drink and be helpful if you are a big family otherwise they are not interested and turn their nose up at you. Pool and Entertainment- there are signs everywhere stating that towels placed on sunbeds before 7am would be removed yet this ruling is not enforced, to get a sunbed you have to get up at 5/6 am which is absolutely ridiculous, people lay on the sun loungers until 7 to reserve them, this should not be allowed. The pools themselves were fine, they turn the music off between 12-2 and turn the slides off during this time too. The entertainment team were full of themselves and only interested in people with children, there were no poolside games for adults it was all for children. Bar staff were rude and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Again bar staff would wait on big tables but would never ask small tables if they did at the hope of a tip. The entertainment team would ask daily if you wanted to go to bar52 for a pub crawl. The entertainment on an evening started at 10, when there should be one earlier for children. The main stage seating is concrete steps and overlapped with the entertainment at the other side of the hotel. Would be better if they were on one after another rather than having to choose one to go to. They stop serving drinks at 12 and lock the water fridges. Nothing for adults to do in the day. The games room Was also extra for everything. Note the prices of the shops on sight were inflated, if you walk to the supermarket down the road you can get everything for 1/5 of the cost. The hotel advertises that they have their own beach 500m away yet this isn’t the case, they have a contract with a beach front hotel and a minibus to take guests there in Icmeler, once you’re there you have to pay for any food and drinks. The gym does not look anything like the advertised photos and has 2 tr

Third time visiting this hotel in just over a year, we absolutely love it here, All the staff are fantastic, especially Abdurrahman, he goes above and beyond and is a big part of the reason we returned the 2nd and 3rd time I would also like to mention a couple of the other waiters (Zubeyer and Aygun) they’re all an absolutely credit to green nature resort. Entertainment staff are amazing (don and team work so hard) Food can be very repetitive but always something to eat. House keepers work so hard and are so friendly. Very close to main *****, a short bus ride to bazar and Icmeler. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again Abduurahman (Appo) You made our holiday so special, not just a friend but part of our family, we will see you again soon

So close to being the best – but the evenings (and a few other things) let it down. We’ve just returned from an 11-night stay at this hotel, and while there’s so much to love, there are also some real frustrations that stop it from being an “absolutely would return” destination. It’s right on the edge of greatness — a few improvements would take it from good to exceptional. --- What was brilliant: Fantastic family facilities: The outdoor areas are genuinely impressive. There’s a great five-a-side football pitch and a basketball court — both of which were big hits with our children. But what really stood out was how safe these specific areas were. Let me be clear — I’m only talking about these two zones here: the football pitch and basketball court are completely enclosed, with high fences topped with barbed wire and no access from the outside. Kids can’t scale the fencing to wander off, and no one can climb in from the street. As parents, that gave us real peace of mind. You can let the kids play freely without worrying they’ll end up outside the resort grounds. Slides and pools: The slides are brilliant — fast, fun, and suitable for both kids and adults. Pools were clean, plenty of sunbeds available, and staff kept things well maintained. The staff – a standout feature: Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. From reception to entertainment, chefs, waiters, and housekeeping — they all created a genuinely positive, welcoming vibe. We never experienced poor service, and that really elevated the whole stay. Bar service and drinks: Bar staff were prompt and efficient, with a decent selection of drinks — local beers, soft drinks, unbranded spirits, iced coffees, and even Baileys. The spirits are quite weak (one whisky we saw was just 19%), but given Türkiye’s relaxed drinking culture, that wasn’t unexpected. We just grabbed a branded bottle from a shop to top up our mixers — problem solved. Food quality and variety: The restaurant is large and well-run, with a truly impressive range of food. From Turkish favourites to international staples, there’s something for everyone. You could easily enjoy: A full English breakfast each morning — eggs, sausages, beans, hash browns, toast. Family-friendly options for picky eaters like burgers, chips, nuggets, and pizza. Lighter bites like sushi, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables. Hot chocolate and a good coffee selection. A wide variety of lovely desserts — cakes, pastries, and fruit that changed daily. Everything was replenished quickly, tables cleared efficiently, and even at peak times it didn’t feel chaotic. A real highlight of the stay. WiFi – surprisingly excellent: No charges, and it worked everywhere. We were getting speeds of 20–30 Mbps — more than enough for streaming, video calls and social media. Great to see a resort not cashing in on WiFi like many others do. --- What really let it down: Evening entertainment – poorly planned and extreme

I’ll start with the good points Bed is extremely comfy Bar is well stocked Maids are lovely, bottled water each day, shower is strong, rooms are clean, staff are friendly Food is plentiful Now on to the bad points The aircon is old and is more like a jail aircon than an actual system, when we arrived the balcony door was broken. Our shower drain is also broken with cracks in the floor, dangerous as it could easily slice your foot open Day 4 in to our holiday and we’re both sick. Vomiting and diareahh we’ve been confined to our room for 2 days solid Kids and adults picking up food with hands, taking bites out of food and leaving it on the counter which has probably caused our illness. Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over. Would I return? Not a chance I’ll go to the diamond next time
