There was no heating and no hot water it was a nightmare and the facilities are a lie. The spa isnt open and nor is the sauna. At night it was impossible to sleep due to the cold

The hotel was average, the only problem we had which was a major one was NO HOT WATER for the duration of our stay. We complained daily along with other guests, but it was talking to a brick wall.

Stayed out of season, the hotel is excellent, clean, parking right behind the hotel, breakfast for 4. 2 minutes to the sea.

We arrived at 15:00 at the hotel and were even able to take sun loungers by the pool, which was nice, the beach is literally a 3-5 minute walk away, the center is 20-30 minutes.
The downside is the lack of parking, but this is a problem for all of Marmaris
Alcohol is normal, local Turkish, the food is also delicious

Went in 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect! Come again in 2024 and it was horrendous! I'm not sure how a hotel can go down hill so fast in a space of 12 months! Travel agent contacted the hotel in advance to book a disabled room like we had last time so my husband could use the wheelchair in the room and not have any trouble. They confirmed a disabled room so we was very pleased. We arrived at 10:45pm, Check in was rather quick and had help with suitcases to the room. When arriving to the room we was very disappointed! No disabled room so that made it a bit had to manoeuvre around and then to see we was on top floor was a joke! We asked to be moved so it would be easier incase of an emergency but no help. So we ****** it up and managed. The cleanliness of the hotel room was a joke! Had to constantly ask for clean towels and for them to change the bedding because it smelt absolutely disgusting. There was dirty underwear under our bed! And cockroachs. 100% vile. The food was absolutely disgusting and cold and full of grease! Out of a 10 days stay we had warm food about twice. For all inclusive it was an absolute joke! The alcohol they have advertising on the shelves they did not serve. I googled the spirits to find out that the spirits they have are bootleg spirits which put me off completely. So I avoided the spirits all together. Some of the staff were lovely! We knew the one from the previous year and he was amazing and the spa is awesome! The rest of the staff we're naff and grumpy. Really couldn't be happier to go home. When we arrived home we went to the travel agent to change our holiday to a different place due to booking for 2025 aswell. If you just need a place to lay your head this is it. If you want an amazing experience then run!
