This was our first visit to the hotel , it was recommended so we thought we would try it . What can I say the rooms are are spacious and and always kept very clean .the staff are all very friendly and nothing is to much trouble , they are always smiling 😊 The food is buffet style with a wide choice , very tasty and well presented, I am a fussy eater but never had a problem finding something lovely to eat . The beach is good and there were always sun beds free and a bar on the beach as well . The pool looked lovely but I prefer the beach so did not try it . There is a nice indoor pool for swimming too. Some rooms can be a little noisy but you can pick your rooms via the app if you prefer a quiet room . I also was very impressed with the fact there’s always water and food in large fridges in the lobby free of charge so if you have to go anywhere you can help yourself . Also afternoon cakes which are lovely ( don’t go there if your dieting 😂) To sum this hotel up its lovely , very friendly and we have booked again for next year , many thanks to all the staff who made it such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday .

The holiday was fantastic, there was plenty there to cater for everyone’s needs. Whether you would just like to chill by the pool or participate in the daily activities which the hotel has to offer. Every single staff member which we interacted with were superb! They were all so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. From Usef in the restaurant remembering it was my Step Dads birthday and brining him a slice of cake and singing happy birthday. To Cagatay in entertainment for always being so full of energy and engaging with all guests. The hotel was always spotless, and the food was delicious! We are even thinking about booking again for next year, you can see why so many people return each year! Fantastic holiday to celebrate many birthdays whilst being away!

Do not go to this hotel or region of Turkey without Travel Insurance. TUI neglect their duty of care by omitting to tell customers that there is a culture of tourist assaults, not minor ones but enough to hospitalise you. A five and a half hour operation to rebuild my sons nose, plates put into repair shattered cheekbones and eye socket. The hotel is five star but don't leave it!

Hotel Grand Azur first class staff 5 Stars Had a issue but resolve the next day by hotel management, great choices of food that suits all tastes, that's goes from breakfast to the evening meal And the tui rep Leslie was absolutely first class she was welcoming when we met up the next day, she her self was very ententive to all her new guests when arriving to the hotel tui have first class rep for tui blue hotels, she will be miss at the Azur when she placed in her new area of Turkey All the best to Leslie from peter & Yvonne Neilson

Do not go to this TUI five star hotel unless you take on board this warning that their reps in the area are avoiding telling customers. There is a serious threat of on attacks on tourists. 4 Turkish men attacked me in a premeditated assault. 3 men holding me so I could not resist and the fourth smashing his fists into my face. The attack lasted no longer than 1 minute and they disappeared into the night leaving me for dead. They concentrated the brutal attack on my face, breaking my cheekbone, nose and shattering my eye socket. They did not steal anything, it was just a premeditated attack on a tourist.

This was our 8th visit to this superb hotel. Arranged to come back with friends we met in June here! Everything was top class as of every other visit. The management reps and staff are 100% top-notch, nothing too much trouble. Planning on returning next June and again in October with our friends.

Just retuenws from the most fabulous stay, nothing was to much trouble for the staff and our little girl loved it here. Would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful location good food all in all a fabulous holiday have rebooted already for next year
