Mardin Bedirhan Bey Konak Hotel ★★★★
"it’s best hotel in mardin i was stay for 1 night everything is perfect and all stuff is brand neww"
Maran House Mardin
"If you have children or prams then think twice before booking. If you have luggage then again think twice. If you like to hike then its ideal for you. I found the hotel difficult to get too winding stairs quite a lot to go up and down to getbto the hotel. I found the triple room very damp and the bathroom even more. It felt like an medieval dungeon."
Marinut Konağı ★★
"Excellent hotel. Located on a hill. Whoever doesn't like the stairs, it will not be convenient to walk every day. Breakfasts are excellent. Terrace with beautiful view. Staff are just wonderful. Help with any questions."
Kasr-i Divan Hotel ★★★
"I really liked the hotel's common areas: beautiful terraces with stunning views. Tea and coffee are also readily available. A traditional Turkish breakfast is served every morning, though I wish there were more hot food, as it's not enough for two. Housekeeping: there's none at all, which surprised me greatly. Unless you ask for the trash to be emptied, they're reluctant to do so. There wasn't even a single wet cleaning in three days. The toilet wasn't working; they tried to fix it, but it started leaking, and the noise was disturbing my sleep. It was fixed two days later. The staff kept entering the room with their shoes on, which is very unhygienic. The room itself wasn't damp, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel's huge advantages include the incredible views and its convenient location on the main street."
Minessa Konağı ★★
"The location is a little hard to find, but there is a sign that looks like the entrance just off the bus road. If you call the phone number written there, they will come to pick you up, so it wasn't a problem. I chose the room-selection plan, and they assigned me a room with a good view, which was great. Even if you stay in a room without a view, the view from the shared terrace is amazing. The room was clean, and the breakfast menu was slightly different every day, so I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and helpful, showing me how to ride the bus and other things. The tea and coffee we had on the shared terrace was also exceptional. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Mardin."
Hilton Garden Inn Mardin ★★★★
"Very good. Excellent"

Selçuklu Konağı
"It is a small boutiqe hotel in a nice location in old town. We stayed in the biggrst room with balcony. The weird thing was the entrance of the room. You entered the toilet and shower first which was a bit weird and uncomfortable. otherwise the staff was friendly and helpfull but i found the price high when compared to the standart of the hotel."
HH Babil Konağı
"I had a room with a wonderful balcony view for two nights. I also enjoyed the views at breakfast on their roof terrace. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Everything in the room worked and there was plenty of space to unpack. Babil Konagi is in a prime location, within walking distance to all the points of interest in old Mardin. I appreciated the quiet simplicity here - nothing overdone. I only wish I could have stayed a few more nights, as Mardin is a wonderful place to wander, and this hotel is a charming mid-range place to stay."
Kasr-ı Kikan Hotel
"I felt completely at ease in this hotel. The rooms were very clean and modernly furnished. I would especially like to commend the friendly and attentive staff, who were always helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The central location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, yet it was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic hotel – I would love to come back!"
Fairouz Konak Otel
"Just perfect, the room very clean and has everything we needed, the staff are friendly, kind, always go out of their way to help, they just so lovely…the views from the hotel are amazing.. you will not regret booking We will definitely be back!! Amazing amazing amazing ♥️♥️"
KALE KONAK HOTEL
"I booked Kale Konak at the last minute and was lucky to have had an opportunity to stay there. The positives? The property itself is an extensively restored home. I understand that the renovation took three years and it was worth the effort. If you want to stay in an ‘authentic’ property (in all of the positive senses of the word), you might not be able to do better. The location of the property is excellent - it is a short walk to Republic Square, the main shopping street and most of the things that you will want to see. The breakfast is both high quality and voluminous. Bring your appetite. The staff was very helpful and most spoke good English, including one that is studying English full time at a local university (who was particularly helpful during my stay). English speaking ability, even for those in the hospitality industry, is not a given in Mardin, so that was a big plus. Negatives? I would say that the property had a small handful of issues that I am sure that it will iron out in time. I personally was not able to get the WiFi to work in my room, though I was able to get decent 4G coverage when outside of my room and in the numerous and spacious common areas of the property. If you are mobility challenged, the property extends across a number of floors, with breakfast being served on the top floor, so be sure to request a ground floor room (though, to be fair, the old town Mardin would be a difficult place to visit with those with mobility challenges given it is very hilly, though I did see a local navigate a long flight of stairs on crutches). The property was clean, though the stone floors are naturally a bit dusty. In all, if you arrive with a bit of a sense of adventure, you will probably appreciate the place for the gem that it is and if you expect absolute perfection you might be disappointed."
Maristan Tarihi Konak
Zinciriye Hotel
"Quaint, very old building. Living inside is like traveling through time. The service is very good, there are English-speaking waiters."
Marvel Hotel
"The rooms are very small. There aren't even coat racks in the rooms, or a table to put our bags on. Considering the price, the cleanliness, quality, and size of the rooms are very, very poor. It was a very bad experience for me. It was a huge disappointment for us. It's very sad for the Mardin tourist region."
