Otel 4 yıldızlı bir otel olarak geçiyor ama ben öyle çok lüks bir yer göremedim. Odaları normal. Banyo ve tuvaleti hem çok temiz hem de çok güzeldi. Odası biraz daha lüks olabilirdi( özellikle tv). Kahvaltısında çeşit çok fazla ancak iki gün kahvaltı yaptık iki gün de omlet geldi önümüze. Sıcak kısmında çeşitliliği artırmak daha iyi olacaktır. Konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Terası biz gittiğimizde tadilattaydı manzaranın keyfini çıkaramadık. Bu güzel olmadı. Otel biraz daha kendini geliştirmeli. Fiyatına göre performansı iyi değil.

This is my fourth time here it was better and cheaper, now very expensive, the restaurant also got very expensive!!! They put us in the table up without heater! It was so cold , but down there was many heater and food came very late for people how sate up, and all will pay same money,,, unhappy with this and will not repeat it!

Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Staff
My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!

I had a great experience here, the hotel is a big palace with beautiful old doors that opens with old metal keys. The staff were wonderful with me and they upgraded my room for a bigger room with jacuzzi. Also the view from the terrace is stunning. I would highly recommend it and i would definitely visit again.

I had a wonderful experience in Maridin hotel during my visit to Mardin. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend the Maridin Hotel to anyone visiting Mardin.
