Nice central location. Excellent service, check in and cleaning staff. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Good value for money.

general atmosphere and staffs in the hotel are OK morning breaksfast is also reasonable good while there are also many good restaurants nearby the hotel gym is rather small but good enough for short training I found this is the first hotel provide water spray next to the toilet which is very helpful for travellors from Asia

The Tivoli Maputo Hotel is located in the city center of Maputo, close to the central train station and its train museum (CFM), the "casa de ferro" and the Mozambique Bank Museum. You can easily walk to the Maputo Shopping Center in 5 minutes or go to the malls by taxi or Yango (the Uber of Mozambique). The hotel is very clean, large and the staff speaks perfect English and is very friendly. The room is spacious with a bathtub in the bathroom, toiletries and a hairdryer. The room has a large bed, a TV, a kettle with tea and coffee available. Walking around the hotel is safe but note that there is no money changer nearby. My stay was very good and I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is cool, but somehow it is a bit different to the price, the service is great, the rooms can be. The surroundings are so-so so you have to be careful when going out, but it's not a tragedy. Close to all the attractions in the center.

It is located in the urban area. Locals say it is still a bit chaotic around here, so don't go out. But the overall hotel environment is good. You can also order food in your room.

Poor service attitude, I won't stay here again next time

The hotel has seen the better days but the room is functional and well maintained. The main feature of the property is the location. It’s close to the main attraction of the city and a shopping mall with quite a few restaurants. All staff were great and the restaurant is not bad. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for convenience.
